J&rsquo;ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 ce <strong>gratin de p\u00e2tes grecques<\/strong> lors d&rsquo;une f\u00eate d&rsquo;anniversaire &#8211; et depuis, je suis devenue l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe Pastitsio au lieu de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe Lasagne. Comment utiliser notre <strong>recette originale de pastitsio <\/strong>Bistro Badia Style  <strong> <\/strong>Je vais vous montrer comment faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-le-pastitsio-et-pourquoi-ce-plat-grec-est-il-populaire\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le pastitsio et pourquoi ce plat grec est-il populaire ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pourriez penser \u00ab\u00a0Ah, I see, c&rsquo;est comme des lasagnes\u00a0\u00bb ! Joar, le pastitsio <em>(ou pastizio et pastitio)<\/em> est \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 lasagne grecque. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un <strong>gratin grec compos\u00e9 de macaronis, de sauce \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e et de b\u00e9chamel<\/strong>.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Cependant, les classiques ne se distinguent pas seulement par le type de p\u00e2tes, mais surtout par l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9pices<\/strong> diff\u00e9rentes de celles utilis\u00e9es pour les lasagnes : Dans le <strong>gratin de macaronis<\/strong>, <strong>la cannelle et les clous de girofle<\/strong> sont les ingr\u00e9dients secrets de la sauce \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e et la b\u00e9chamel est r\u00e9duite \u00e0 une consistance plus cr\u00e9meuse. On comprend donc pourquoi ce gratin de p\u00e2tes super fromageux et consistant est si populaire, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-voici-les-ingredients-dont-vous-avez-besoin-pour-le-pastitsio-classique\">Voici les ingr\u00e9dients dont vous avez besoin pour le pastitsio classique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le bon type de p\u00e2tes :<\/strong> Dans l&rsquo;original grec, <em>les p\u00e2tes pastitsio<\/em> atterrissent. Mais vous pouvez simplement utiliser des macaronis ou des bucatini. Ce qui est important, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il faut <strong>des p\u00e2tes tubulaires.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Viande hach\u00e9e : <\/strong>Traditionnellement, la <strong>recette grecque originale <\/strong>utilise <strong>de la viande d&rsquo;agneau <\/strong>. Il est cependant difficile de trouver de l&rsquo;agneau frais hach\u00e9. Vous pouvez en trouver dans les supermarch\u00e9s orientaux par exemple. Pour que la pr\u00e9paration soit aussi simple que possible, j&rsquo;utilise du b\u0153uf hach\u00e9. C&rsquo;est aussi tr\u00e8s bon !    <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Des ingr\u00e9dients aromatiques :<\/strong> Avec <strong>des tomates, de la cannelle et des clous de girofle<\/strong>, vous cr\u00e9ez la meilleure sauce \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e de tous les temps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauce b\u00e9chamel :<\/strong> tr\u00e8s classique, \u00e0 base de beurre, de farine, de lait et de noix de muscade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fromage \u00e0 p\u00e2te molle :<\/strong> le <strong>kefalotyri<\/strong> grec, un fromage \u00e0 base de lait de ch\u00e8vre ou de brebis, est normalement utilis\u00e9 pour le pastitsio, mais on ne le trouve pas dans tous les supermarch\u00e9s. Le pecorino est une bonne alternative. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-du-pastitsio-soi-meme-5-conseils-simples-pour-un-resultat-parfait\">Faire du pastitsio soi-m\u00eame &#8211; 5 conseils simples pour un r\u00e9sultat parfait<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai un peu bricol\u00e9 pour vous et j&rsquo;ai cr\u00e9\u00e9 <strong>la meilleure recette de pastitsio<\/strong> \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces conseils, vous ferez le meilleur gratin grec de tous les temps :   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;astuce du m\u00e9lange fromage-\u0153ufs :<\/strong> pour que les macaronis ne se d\u00e9fassent pas lorsque vous les coupez et les sortez du plat, s\u00e9parez quelques \u0153ufs et r\u00e2pez un peu de fromage. Versez ensuite le m\u00e9lange sur les p\u00e2tes cuites et m\u00e9langez bien le tout.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Soyez cr\u00e9atifs !  <\/strong>Pour la variante chypriote, ajoutez encore plus de fromage aux p\u00e2tes &#8211; le halloumi ou la feta rendent le tout particuli\u00e8rement aromatique.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B\u00e9chamel deluxe : <\/strong>vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer cette sauce claire de mani\u00e8re classique ou la rendre encore plus savoureuse en y ajoutant un peu de fromage (par ex. halloumi, feta, kefalotyri ou pecorino) et en y m\u00e9langeant les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs que vous avez encore. Ainsi, vous n&rsquo;aurez pas de restes et vous utiliserez tous les ingr\u00e9dients. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cuire les p\u00e2tes al dente <\/strong>&#8211; pour que vos p\u00e2tes Pastitsio aient la consistance parfaite lorsqu&rsquo;elles sortent du four, pr\u00e9cuisez les p\u00e2tes tr\u00e8s al dente pendant environ 5 minutes. Ici, elles ne doivent pas \u00eatre trop molles, sinon elles seront boueuses par la suite. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clou de girofle moulu : <\/strong>vous pouvez ajouter des clous de girofle entiers, mais pour que cela reste aussi simple que possible, utilisez simplement du clou de girofle moulu. Sinon, vous devrez rep\u00eacher les serpilli\u00e8res. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore les lasagnes &#8211; mais Pastitsio a tout simplement ce petit quelque chose en plus ! Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
