J&rsquo;aime beaucoup partager, mais avec <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la kafta<\/a> sur <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Labneh<\/a>, cela tourne toujours \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition. Surtout lorsque tout le monde a le droit de manger dans la m\u00eame grande assiette &#8211; je sais que ce n&rsquo;est pas conforme aux r\u00e8gles de la coronarographie &#8211; mais c&rsquo;\u00e9tait le cas \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque\u00a0\u00bb et ce sera certainement \u00e0 nouveau possible bient\u00f4t. J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kafta-sur-labneh\">Kafta sur Labneh<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que tu pr\u00e9pares les kafta sal\u00e9s sur le gril, au four ou \u00e0 la po\u00eale, ces petits kebabs sont imbattables lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont accompagn\u00e9s de labneh frais et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acidul\u00e9. Quand on cuisine chez ma m\u00e8re, il y a bien s\u00fbr toujours autant de choses \u00e0 manger pour que tout le voisinage soit rassasi\u00e9. Et s&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;en veulent pas, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 nous de les manger &#8211; la silhouette s&rsquo;en r\u00e9jouit&#8230; S&rsquo;il reste quelque chose, le lendemain, on \u00e9tale du labneh sur <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des galettes<\/a> de pain et on les recouvre de kafta, on les enroule et on les emporte &#8211; ou on les met en cachette dans les sacs \u00e0 dos. Souvent, un petit snack m&rsquo;attendait dans mon sac \u00e0 dos sur le chemin du retour &#8211; Yaaaaay !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-turbo-du-gout-tomates-braisees-et-dattes-sucrees\">Le turbo du go\u00fbt : tomates brais\u00e9es et dattes sucr\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme si la kafta au labneh n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 assez d\u00e9licieuse, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;ajouter des tomates cerises brais\u00e9es et des dattes sucr\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;assiette. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9finitivement une tr\u00e8s bonne id\u00e9e, car les tomates juteuses et la douceur cr\u00e9meuse des dattes s&rsquo;harmonisent parfaitement avec la viande \u00e9pic\u00e9e (qui fonctionne aussi parfaitement avec du hachis v\u00e9g\u00e9talien \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner) et le labneh acidul\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour compl\u00e9ter l&rsquo;ensemble, j&rsquo;ai m\u00e9lang\u00e9 un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive avec <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-\u00e0-l'eau-de-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de la harissa<\/a> et je l&rsquo;ai vers\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;assiette. Enfin, j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 des noisettes grill\u00e9es, un peu <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sumac-racine-de-table-du-levant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de sumac<\/a> et de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m\u00eame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">za&rsquo;atar<\/a> &#8211; parfait !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D&rsquo;ailleurs, si tu veux que ton labneh soit un peu plus cr\u00e9meux pour cette assiette, tu peux bien s\u00fbr varier le temps de d\u00e9pose du yaourt. J&rsquo;ai laiss\u00e9 reposer le yaourt dans un passe-partout pendant environ 4 heures le matin, car je voulais que le fromage frais soit un peu plus l\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
