Enfin, du moins pour tous ceux qui m&rsquo;entourent, lorsque je deviens hangry sans m&rsquo;en rendre compte. Il n&rsquo;y a vraiment que de la nourriture qui peut m&rsquo;aider, de la tr\u00e8s bonne nourriture ! Cette salade de couscous perl\u00e9 rapide ne rassasie pas seulement, mais les petites boules donnent aussi \u00e0 cette salade de p\u00e2tes (oui, des p\u00e2tes !) une sensation particuli\u00e8re en bouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-salade-de-pates-ou-de-couscous\">Salade de p\u00e2tes ou de couscous ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne cesse de le r\u00e9p\u00e9ter : le couscous est en fait la plus petite p\u00e2te du monde ! Le couscous ressemble parfois au boulgour, mais il y a un monde entre les deux aliments. Le boulgour est compos\u00e9 \u00e0 100 % de bl\u00e9. Le couscous, tout comme les p\u00e2tes, est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de semoule de bl\u00e9 dur et d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus le couscous que l&rsquo;on a sous les yeux est grand, plus on remarque la diff\u00e9rence. Au Liban, le grand couscous s&rsquo;appelle d&rsquo;ailleurs moghrabieh et d\u00e9signe aussi un rago\u00fbt bien particulier fait avec ce type de couscous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-perl-couscous-parfait-pour-une-salade-de-pates-rapide\">Perl Couscous &#8211; Parfait pour une salade de p\u00e2tes rapide !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que le couscous perl\u00e9 cuit dans l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e &#8211; comme les autres p\u00e2tes &#8211; les l\u00e9gumes sont rapidement coup\u00e9s et la vinaigrette est pr\u00e9par\u00e9e. Pour les l\u00e9gumes, tu peux bien s\u00fbr omettre ou ajouter des ingr\u00e9dients. Rien ne s&rsquo;oppose \u00e0 ton imagination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ma part, j&rsquo;aime beaucoup les petites tomates cerises \u00e0 l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me d\u00e9licieusement sucr\u00e9 pour la salade de couscous perl\u00e9. Avec le poivron, les radis et le concombre, elles compl\u00e8tent tr\u00e8s bien la salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vinaigrette est tout aussi rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer : hacher l&rsquo;aneth, m\u00e9langer le jus de citron et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive ainsi que le za&rsquo;atar et c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat. Ah oui, j&rsquo;ai oubli\u00e9 un ingr\u00e9dient : <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-soi-m\u00eame-des-citrons-sal\u00e9s---un-petit-mini-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les citrons sal\u00e9s<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec leur acidit\u00e9 savoureuse, les citrons marin\u00e9s se marient parfaitement avec la salade de couscous perl\u00e9 et lui conf\u00e8rent une \u00e9l\u00e9gante fra\u00eecheur. Il te suffit ensuite d&rsquo;ajouter le citron enti\u00e8rement hach\u00e9 \u00e0 la salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, la salade de couscous Perl est d&rsquo;ailleurs parfaite pour un Meal Prep.
