En fait, j&rsquo;ai toujours achet\u00e9 mon sirop pr\u00eat \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;un ami m&rsquo;offre une bouteille de sirop de grenade fait maison. Apr\u00e8s cela, il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait plus question pour moi d&rsquo;acheter du sirop. Et c&rsquo;est ainsi qu&rsquo;a commenc\u00e9 ma petite aventure au pays de la grenade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-soi-meme-du-sirop-de-grenade-est-super-facile-quand-le-timing-convient\">Faire soi-m\u00eame du sirop de grenade est super facile &#8211; quand le timing convient<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire un tr\u00e8s bon sirop de grenade, il te faut en fait seulement trois ingr\u00e9dients : <strong>Du jus de grenade<\/strong>, un peu de <strong>sucre<\/strong> et <strong>du jus de citron<\/strong>. Il suffit de mettre le tout dans une casserole, de laisser mijoter longtemps et d&rsquo;obtenir le meilleur sirop pour ta r\u00e9serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me suis donc mis \u00e0 la cuisine et j&rsquo;ai tent\u00e9 ma chance. Pour \u00e9conomiser du temps et de l&rsquo;argent, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour du jus de fruits pr\u00eat \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi (100%). Tu peux en trouver dans n&rsquo;importe quel supermarch\u00e9 bien achaland\u00e9. J&rsquo;aurais bien s\u00fbr pu prendre des grenades fra\u00eeches et en extraire le jus, mais j&rsquo;\u00e9tais paresseuse et je voulais d&rsquo;abord go\u00fbter. J&rsquo;ai donc allum\u00e9 la cuisini\u00e8re, mis le tout dans une casserole et c&rsquo;est parti. J&rsquo;ai laiss\u00e9 tourner ma minuterie pour v\u00e9rifier et je suis revenue \u00e0 la casserole au bout d&rsquo;une heure&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-timing\">Le timing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Arriv\u00e9e au pot, l&rsquo;horreur m&rsquo;attendait. Il n&rsquo;y avait plus de jus et une masse d&rsquo;un rouge profond me faisait des bulles (oui je sais, la n\u00e9gligence est une garce je l&rsquo;ai bien cherch\u00e9 !) Le timing de la cuisson du sirop est super important ! Si tu arrives avec 5 minutes de retard, tu te retrouveras avec un affreux \u00ab\u00a0caramel\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 la grenade que tu ne voudras certainement plus savourer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me essai \u00e9tait bien meilleur et le troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tait enfin parfait ! Comme le temps de cuisson varie en fonction de la quantit\u00e9 de jus, j&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 quelques quantit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemple : diff\u00e9rentes quantit\u00e9s avec diff\u00e9rents temps de cuisson<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 ml de jus de grenade, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de jus de citron :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>environ 60 ml de sirop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a dur\u00e9 environ 17 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>500 ml de jus de grenade, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>environ 100 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a dur\u00e9 environ 30 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 litre de jus de grenade, 6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre, 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>env. 300 &#8211; 320 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a dur\u00e9 environ 90 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale : tu obtiens toujours au maximum 1\/3 de la quantit\u00e9 initiale de jus de grenade.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-savoir-si-ton-sirop-de-grenade-est-pret\">Comment savoir si ton sirop de grenade est pr\u00eat ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les derni\u00e8res minutes de la mise en conserve sont particuli\u00e8rement critiques pour la consistance. Si tu rates ce moment, ton sirop sera malheureusement trop \u00e9pais et tu ne pourras plus l&rsquo;utiliser. Sois donc l\u00e0 5 \u00e0 10 minutes avant la fin du temps imparti et observe le processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si des bulles un peu plus \u00e9paisses se forment lentement, ton sirop est pratiquement pr\u00eat. Pour savoir si c&rsquo;est le bon moment, <strong>plonge une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe dans le sirop en train de mijoter et regarde si une pellicule rouge\u00e2tre s&rsquo;est d\u00e9pos\u00e9e au dos.<\/strong> Si tu peux tracer une ligne dans cette pellicule avec ton doigt (attention, \u00e7a peut \u00eatre chaud !), ton sirop est pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notez \u00e9galement que le sirop devient de plus en plus solide en refroidissant. Il doit donc \u00eatre encore liquide lorsqu&rsquo;il est chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sos-de-l-aide-quand-tout-ne-va-pas-bien\">SOS : de l&rsquo;aide quand tout ne va pas bien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le sirop est rest\u00e9 trop longtemps sur le feu :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme nous l&rsquo;avons dit, il est important que tu reviennes assez t\u00f4t \u00e0 la casserole et que tu accompagnes le sirop pendant les derni\u00e8res minutes. S&rsquo;il bout trop longtemps, il devient \u00e9pais et vraiment solide. Le sirop est alors malheureusement fichu et tu ne peux plus l&rsquo;utiliser. Ta casserole sera d&rsquo;ailleurs occup\u00e9e pendant un certain temps. Le sirop est tr\u00e8s chaud ! Fais donc attention, s&rsquo;il te pla\u00eet. Si cela t&rsquo;arrive et que le sirop s&rsquo;est transform\u00e9 en caramel et ne peut plus \u00eatre utilis\u00e9, tu dois garder ton calme et remplir la casserole d&rsquo;eau chaude et la laisser reposer. Une fois que tout a refroidi, tu peux faire couler de l&rsquo;eau courante chaude, voire br\u00fblante, du robinet dans l&rsquo;\u00e9vier. Petit \u00e0 petit, tout se r\u00e9soudra comme par enchantement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le sirop est trop liquide apr\u00e8s refroidissement :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ton sirop de grenade est encore un peu trop liquide, tu peux simplement le r\u00e9chauffer et le laisser encore quelques minutes sur le feu avec pr\u00e9caution, apr\u00e8s quoi il devrait \u00eatre parfait une fois refroidi. Tu peux aussi t&rsquo;y prendre \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance. Malheureusement, chaque cuisini\u00e8re fonctionne un peu diff\u00e9remment et je ne peux te donner qu&rsquo;une directive approximative. Mais n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 t&rsquo;orienter sur l&rsquo;exemple de la cuill\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-son-propre-jus-de-grenade\">Faire son propre jus de grenade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu veux tout faire toi-m\u00eame, tu peux bien s\u00fbr te procurer des grenades fra\u00eeches et en extraire le jus. Il existe pour cela diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes que je t&rsquo;explique bri\u00e8vement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Couper en deux et presser le jus :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode la plus simple est de couper la grenade en deux et de la presser dans un presse-fruits. Note que c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que tu perdras le plus. Il est garanti que le fruit entier ne laissera pas son jus. Et tu dois ensuite passer le jus \u00e0 travers un filtre. Il faut ensuite passer le fruit \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tamine pour \u00e9viter les particules dans le jus &#8211; et tu ne veux pas de particules dans ton sirop \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-entkernen-p-rieren-und-auswringen\"><strong>Les \u00e9p\u00e9piner, les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e et les essorer :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une m\u00e9thode un peu plus efficace consiste \u00e0 \u00e9p\u00e9piner la grenade, \u00e0 la r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e dans un mixeur et \u00e0 la passer ensuite \u00e0 travers un linge. Ainsi, tu es s\u00fbr que chaque p\u00e9pin est pris. Cependant, l&rsquo;\u00e9p\u00e9pinage est un peu plus compliqu\u00e9 et on se fait sauter plus vite si on n&rsquo;\u00e9p\u00e9pine pas la pomme sous l&rsquo;eau (petit conseil).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et si les deux m\u00e9thodes ne te plaisent pas et que tu as une vraie centrifugeuse chez toi, tu sais de toute fa\u00e7on ce qu&rsquo;il faut faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le sirop avec du jus fini est-il moins bon ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honn\u00eatement, c&rsquo;est vrai ? Non ! Je suis super contente du sirop que j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec le jus que j&rsquo;ai achet\u00e9. Mais lors de l&rsquo;achat, fais attention \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de 100% de jus de grenade sans additifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ce-que-tu-peux-faire-avec-du-sirop-de-grenade\">Ce que tu peux faire avec du sirop de grenade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le<strong>sirop de grenade a un go\u00fbt acidul\u00e9, super fruit\u00e9 et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e2pre<\/strong> et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour des plats sucr\u00e9s et sal\u00e9s. Au Levant, on aime par exemple l&rsquo;utiliser pour d\u00e9glacer les viandes ou les l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s. La note fruit\u00e9e offre alors un magnifique contraste avec les ar\u00f4mes de grill\u00e9. Mais tu peux aussi utiliser ce sirop pour affiner les salades (dans la vinaigrette) ou pour les desserts et les boissons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques exemples dans lesquels j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 du sirop de grenade jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Salade grill\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;halloumi<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais quel que soit l&rsquo;usage que tu feras de ton propre sirop de grenade, il sera \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr tr\u00e8s
