Cr\u00e9meux, frais, fruit\u00e9 &#8211; et si tu le souhaites, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Incroyablement bon !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (Supercalifragilisticexpialigetisch) !!! Je sais que je m&rsquo;avance beaucoup, beaucoup avec cette d\u00e9claration. Mais d\u00e8s que tu auras go\u00fbt\u00e9 le labneh aux raisins caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s, tu comprendras mon enthousiasme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu ne connais pas encore le <strong>labneh<\/strong>: Cette d\u00e9licieuse cr\u00e8me est fabriqu\u00e9e tr\u00e8s facilement \u00e0 partir de <strong>yaourt<\/strong>, en le laissant simplement reposer quelques heures dans un linge \u00e0 passer. Le yaourt perd alors son petit-lait et devient plus ferme en consistance et plus intense en go\u00fbt. D\u00e9licieusement cr\u00e9meux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">labneh<\/a> est classiquement servi pur avec un lac d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et de za&rsquo;atar, ce fromage frais \u00e0 base de yaourt est si incroyablement polyvalent que je pourrais remplir un petit livre de cuisine rien qu&rsquo;avec lui. (Je devrais peut-\u00eatre m&rsquo;y mettre un jour&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le labneh offre une base parfaite pour des dips vari\u00e9s ! Le labneh avec des raisins caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s est ma derni\u00e8re combinaison pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. C&rsquo;est comme si on allumait une grosse allumette aromatique \u00e0 chaque trempage. Une fois la flamme allum\u00e9e, tout va tr\u00e8s vite et c&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable feu d&rsquo;artifice d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes qui se d\u00e9clenche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;heure des raisins caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est bien s\u00fbr pas seulement d\u00fb \u00e0 la base cr\u00e9meuse, mais aussi au nappage aromatique. Pour cela, j&rsquo;ai simplement coup\u00e9 des raisins blancs et rouges en deux dans le sens de la longueur et les ai fait revenir dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Les raisins ne sont pas seulement sucr\u00e9s, ils apportent aussi une agr\u00e9able acidit\u00e9. Cela arrondit vraiment le go\u00fbt par la suite !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour plus d&rsquo;ar\u00f4me, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e2p\u00e9 le zeste d&rsquo;un citron bio et ajout\u00e9 un peu de miel dans la po\u00eale. L&rsquo;odeur lorsque les raisins caram\u00e9lisent dans la po\u00eale avec le zeste de citron et le miel est formidable ! Je n&rsquo;oublie pas les pistaches que j&rsquo;ai jet\u00e9es directement dans la po\u00eale avec les raisins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques minutes, le nappage est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eat. Il suffit alors d&rsquo;\u00e9taler le labneh cr\u00e9meux sur une assiette et d&rsquo;ajouter les raisins caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s par-dessus. En faisant revenir les raisins dans la po\u00eale, une sorte de bouillon s&rsquo;est form\u00e9. Une r\u00e9duction fantastique des diff\u00e9rents ar\u00f4mes ! N&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 en mettre sur la <strong>cr\u00e8me de yaourt<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la touche finale, j&rsquo;ajoute de l&rsquo;oignon de printemps et du piment finement coup\u00e9s. L&rsquo;oignon de printemps ajoute une note savoureuse \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble. Cela peut para\u00eetre \u00e9trange, mais c&rsquo;est vraiment d\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la finition sur le labneh aux raisins caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s, je saupoudre ensuite une fine pinc\u00e9e de flocons de sel marin. Accompagnez le tout d&rsquo;une baguette croustillante et c&rsquo;est parti pour le plaisir de la trempette.
