Je ne peux pas m&rsquo;en emp\u00eacher. Cela fait des ann\u00e9es que je pr\u00e9pare un cheesecake vraiment d\u00e9licieux. Les gestes sont simples et tout se fait presque automatiquement, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que j&rsquo;aie l&rsquo;id\u00e9e bizarre de m\u00e9langer un peu de Za&rsquo;atar \u00e0 la base beurr\u00e9e des biscuits. J&rsquo;ai essay\u00e9 et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que mon envie d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimenter a vraiment pris son envol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gateau-au-fromage-avec-za-atar\">G\u00e2teau au fromage avec Za&rsquo;atar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En parlant de p\u00e9ter les plombs : J&rsquo;aime les contrastes dans la nourriture ! Tout le monde conna\u00eet le caramel sal\u00e9 et j&rsquo;adore \u00e7a. Alors pourquoi cela ne fonctionnerait-il pas pour le za&rsquo;atar ? Rappelons les ingr\u00e9dients du za&rsquo;atar. Il est compos\u00e9 en grande partie de thym. Ensuite, il y a du s\u00e9same, du sumac et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. M\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec du beurre et des biscuits au beurre \u00e9miett\u00e9s, cela donne une base absolument divine pour un cheesecake vraiment d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est en quelque sorte super bizarre quand on prend un morceau et qu&rsquo;on a d&rsquo;abord le go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s habituel du cheesecake dans la bouche, puis que les autres ar\u00f4mes se font lentement sentir. D&rsquo;abord le g\u00e2teau au fromage, puis le thym et le s\u00e9same, et enfin une l\u00e9g\u00e8re note sal\u00e9e. Parfait !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-sumac-et-les-baies\">Le sumac et les baies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bon, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 la base. Mais le cheesecake peut aussi \u00eatre agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de toutes sortes de choses d\u00e9licieuses. Que diriez-vous de quelque chose de fruit\u00e9 avec le g\u00e2teau sucr\u00e9 ? Une compote de baies apporte d\u00e9j\u00e0 en soi une note super fruit\u00e9e et une acidit\u00e9 fra\u00eeche. Mais booste-la avec un peu de sumac et d&rsquo;eau de rose. La f\u00eate commence vraiment dans la bouche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En combinaison avec des pistaches hach\u00e9es et, bien s\u00fbr, le d\u00e9licieux cheesecake, il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;une chose \u00e0 faire : Happy Ausrasting !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P.S. : Si tu as des invit\u00e9s qui n&rsquo;aiment pas trop exp\u00e9rimenter, le cheesecake a l&rsquo;air tout \u00e0 fait inoffensif de
