Pour certains de mes amis, le riz au lait est plut\u00f4t un plat principal, qu&rsquo;ils aiment d\u00e9guster avec une bonne dose de cannelle et de sucre. Je connais cette variante avec <strong>de l&rsquo;eau de rose<\/strong> que ma m\u00e8re m&rsquo;a transmise et qui a pour moi un go\u00fbt d&rsquo;enfance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un classique revisit\u00e9 !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand j&rsquo;\u00e9tais enfant, je ne connaissais que le riz au lait \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de rose de ma m\u00e8re. Un jour, apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9cole, je suis all\u00e9 d\u00e9jeuner et faire mes devoirs chez un camarade de classe (bien s\u00fbr, on jouait aux jeux vid\u00e9o au lieu de faire les devoirs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 un peu irrit\u00e9 et je me suis demand\u00e9 si je n&rsquo;avais pas simplement re\u00e7u une \u00e9norme portion de dessert. Tout comme Macaulay Culkin dans \u00ab\u00a0Kevin, seul \u00e0 la maison\u00a0\u00bb s&rsquo;est empiffr\u00e9 d&rsquo;une portion incroyablement grande de cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e avec des marshmallows, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ok, sympa ! Le riz au lait n&rsquo;avait pas du tout le m\u00eame go\u00fbt que celui auquel j&rsquo;\u00e9tais habitu\u00e9e &#8211; super d\u00e9licieux, mais il manquait quelque chose que je connaissais. Bien s\u00fbr, ce sont quelques gouttes d&rsquo;eau de rose qui ont donn\u00e9 au riz au lait de ma m\u00e8re un certain \u00ab\u00a0Levante-Drive\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La recette est vraiment tr\u00e8s simple et relativement rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Il suffit de faire chauffer le lait avec le sucre et de remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit dissous, puis d&rsquo;ajouter l&rsquo;eau de rose et le riz \u00e0 grains ronds ! Il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire cuire le riz \u00e0 feu doux. N&rsquo;oublie pas de remuer pour que le riz au lait ne s&rsquo;agglom\u00e8re pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, il faut passer au nappage !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une f\u00eate pour les amateurs de toppings cr\u00e9atifs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce que j&rsquo;adore dans le riz au lait, c&rsquo;est la question des garnitures. On peut tout simplement laisser libre cours \u00e0 sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Ou on regarde simplement ce qu&rsquo;il y a encore en r\u00e9serve et qu&rsquo;il faut jeter. L&rsquo;utilisation des restes de luxe, voil\u00e0 ce que je dis ! Le grand classique parmi les garnitures du riz au lait est bien s\u00fbr <strong>la cannelle <\/strong>et<strong> le sucre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais pour moi, deux autres toppings fantastiques se sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s \u00eatre mes favoris : <strong>P\u00e9tales de rose avec des pistaches<\/strong> et <strong>Noix avec des raisins secs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien s\u00fbr, il y a encore beaucoup d&rsquo;autres combinaisons possibles ! Par exemple<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sucre en poudre \u00e0 la cardamome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Noisettes grill\u00e9es et cr\u00e8me de nougat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tahini sucr\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9same caram\u00e9lis\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>amandes et mandarines hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sirop de datte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu peux bien s\u00fbr continuer la liste et me faire savoir dans les commentaires ce qui est devenu ta garniture pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e pour le riz au lait.
