Et pour tous les autres jours o\u00f9 tu as faim d&rsquo;un bon&nbsp;<strong>rago\u00fbt<\/strong>. Je pr\u00e9pare toujours directement une grande portion, car le deuxi\u00e8me jour, c&rsquo;est tout simplement meilleur &#8211; quand tout est bien cuit et que les \u00e9pices ont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 tout leur ar\u00f4me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-potee-aux-haricots-verts\">Pot\u00e9e aux haricots verts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque je me prom\u00e8ne sur le march\u00e9 en automne et que je vois la diversit\u00e9 des l\u00e9gumes de saison, mon c\u0153ur fait toujours un petit bond et mes yeux s&rsquo;agrandissent \u00e0 la vue de&nbsp;<strong>haricots verts<\/strong>&nbsp;frais. La seule question qui me vient \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit est : quels haricots dois-je choisir ? Des haricots \u00e0 rames ? Des haricots verts ? Des haricots \u00e0 \u00e9cosser ? Des haricots \u00e0 cire ? L&#8217;embarras du choix ne me facilite malheureusement pas la t\u00e2che. Mais cette fois, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour les&nbsp;<strong>haricots<\/strong>&nbsp;verts, car ils conviennent parfaitement \u00e0 la pot\u00e9e de haricots verts avec du b\u0153uf. Ils deviennent un peu plus fonc\u00e9s \u00e0 la cuisson, mais aucun ar\u00f4me n&rsquo;est perdu. Je laisse mijoter la pot\u00e9e&nbsp;<strong>lentement<\/strong>&nbsp;et n&rsquo;ajoute les haricots que plus tard afin qu&rsquo;ils restent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croquants. C&rsquo;est ainsi que je les pr\u00e9f\u00e8re. Il n&rsquo;y a rien de pire que ces haricots super mous en conserve &#8211; tout simplement d\u00e9go\u00fbtants. Pour moi, les haricots verts doivent \u00eatre&nbsp;<strong>frais<\/strong>. Et je veux dire par l\u00e0 :&nbsp;<strong>verts<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>croquants<\/strong>. Ils sont donc \u00e9galement d\u00e9licieux en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/salade-de-haricots-verts-aux-artichauts\/\">salade de haricots avec des artichauts<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-delicieux-aliments-confortables-pour-l-automne\">De d\u00e9licieux aliments confortables pour l&rsquo;automne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de rago\u00fbts consistants, le&nbsp;<strong>goulasch<\/strong>&nbsp;est sans doute un vrai classique. Ce rago\u00fbt de haricots et de b\u0153uf ressemble beaucoup \u00e0 un goulasch. Les oignons, l&rsquo;ail et la viande de b\u0153uf sont saisis \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>feu vif<\/strong>, puis&nbsp;<strong>lentement<\/strong>&nbsp;mijot\u00e9s avec du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et des tomates. Lorsque les&nbsp;<strong>\u00e9pices<\/strong>&nbsp;et les haricots sont ajout\u00e9s, l&rsquo;ambiance n&rsquo;est plus aussi classique &#8211; mais elle&nbsp;<strong>devient levantine<\/strong>. Parfois, je ne comprends pas pourquoi tant de gens n&rsquo;assaisonnent qu&rsquo;avec du sel et du poivre. Avec du cumin et de la cannelle, on peut faire tellement plus d&rsquo;un simple rago\u00fbt. Mais bon, tout le monde n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9 comme moi avec un&nbsp;<strong>sac d&rsquo;\u00e9pices<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 la ceinture. Pour moi, c&rsquo;est ce qui va le mieux avec, car le beurre renforce le go\u00fbt du rago\u00fbt. Les cornichons vont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien avec ce plat, tout comme&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/boulgour-au-beurre\/\">le boulgour au beurre<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quel que soit l&rsquo;accompagnement que tu choisis, le rago\u00fbt de haricots au b\u0153uf te r\u00e9chauffera les jours de grand froid.
