Je ne parle pas ici des lumi\u00e8res de la raison et de la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, mais de celles du chaos absolu et de la gourmandise (ce mot existe-t-il vraiment ?!). Ce sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ces lumi\u00e8res qui s&rsquo;allument chez moi lorsque la p\u00e2te est beurr\u00e9e et super moelleuse (elle peut aussi \u00eatre beurr\u00e9e v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne). Et encore plus si elle contient une bonne dose de tahini, de chocolat et de noisettes fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9es. Comme dans ces escargots au chocolat et au tahini par exemple \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-escargots-au-tahini-et-au-chocolat-tout-depend-de-la-pate\">Escargots au tahini et au chocolat : Tout d\u00e9pend de la p\u00e2te<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La base de ces fantastiques escargots au tahini et au chocolat est une p\u00e2te moelleuse avec du lait et du beurre. Les v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens peuvent se r\u00e9jouir, car la recette fonctionne \u00e9galement avec du lait d&rsquo;avoine et du \u00ab\u00a0beurre\u00a0\u00bb v\u00e9g\u00e9talien, par exemple. Ces composants gras permettent \u00e0 la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;\u00eatre vraiment juteuse et pleine de go\u00fbt. C&rsquo;est bien s\u00fbr la levure qui rend la p\u00e2te moelleuse. Pour cela, j&rsquo;utilise un peu plus de levure que d&rsquo;habitude. Mais crois-moi, le r\u00e9sultat n&rsquo;en est que plus beau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme une bonne p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e n&rsquo;est jamais aussi bonne que lorsque tu lui accordes du sommeil et du repos, elle devrait en tout cas passer au moins ses 90 minutes \u00e0 sommeiller dans un endroit chaud. Les lichens de la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 devraient te guider ici<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tahini-chocolat-noisettes-x\">Tahini + chocolat + noisettes = X<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 une id\u00e9e de ce que repr\u00e9sente le X dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quation ? Non ? Alors remonte dans le texte et regarde ce que j&rsquo;ai \u00e9crit sur les lumi\u00e8res qui s&rsquo;allument d\u00e8s que je mords dans un de ces escargots. Exactement : le chaos et la gourmandise ! Ces escargots au tahini et au chocolat sont bien s\u00fbr fourr\u00e9s de tahini cr\u00e9meux aux noix, de chocolat noir et de noisettes fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9es, et sont \u00e9galement d\u00e9cor\u00e9s par la suite. Et cette combinaison est si incroyablement bonne que je suis toujours compl\u00e8tement vjlbadjnLDJB\u00e4sihb\u00e4W\u00a7+EJN&amp;G\u00e4 sjbn\u00e4EUIGGb\u00e4js\u00a0\u00bb)?f\u00e4kjDGB\u00e4shbde\u00e4KG ! D\u00e9sol\u00e9, je me suis encore emport\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, il faut un coin entier de tahini. Et, comme pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/recette-de-houmous\/hummus-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">houmous<\/a>, le go\u00fbt d\u00e9pend de la qualit\u00e9 du tahini. Un mauvais tahini a un go\u00fbt rance et trop amer. Le bon tahini est cr\u00e9meux, liquide et a un d\u00e9licieux go\u00fbt de noisette avec une agr\u00e9able note am\u00e8re. Veille donc \u00e0 acheter du bon tahini. Dans la recette, j&rsquo;ai mis en lien* le tahini que j&rsquo;utilise toujours. Ou bien tu peux faire ton <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-du-tahini-soi-m%c3%aame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">propre tahini<\/a> \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;aime toujours griller les noisettes moi-m\u00eame. C&rsquo;est rapide et facile \u00e0 faire dans une po\u00eale. L&rsquo;odeur et le go\u00fbt des noisettes fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9es sont superbes et s&rsquo;int\u00e8grent parfaitement aux ar\u00f4mes du tahini et du chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deux-voies-menent-au-but\">Deux voies m\u00e8nent au but<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur l&rsquo;image, tu vois les escargots au chocolat tahini en forme de n\u0153ud. Personnellement, je trouve que c&rsquo;est facile \u00e0 faire. Mais je peux comprendre si tu vois les choses diff\u00e9remment. C&rsquo;est pourquoi j&rsquo;ai not\u00e9 dans les instructions deux fa\u00e7ons de les pr\u00e9parer. Tu peux donc faire ces d\u00e9licieuses choses sous forme de n\u0153uds ou d&rsquo;escargots. De toute fa\u00e7on, le go\u00fbt ne change pas et les lumi\u00e8res qui s&rsquo;allument sont les m\u00eames \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity
