Avec de la harissa, de l&rsquo;ail et de la coriandre, tu d\u00e9clenches en quelques gestes un v\u00e9ritable feu d&rsquo;artifice de saveurs &#8211; c&rsquo;est promis !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les pommes de terre saut\u00e9es &#8211; mon vice pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Honn\u00eatement, qui n&rsquo;aime pas les frites ou les pommes de terre saut\u00e9es ? Graisses et hydrates de carbone &#8211; Love it !<br>En automne et en hiver, ces petites bombes caloriques sont parfaites, non ? N&rsquo;EST-CE PAS ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bata harra est pour moi un plat de bien-\u00eatre absolu. <strong>Des cubes de pommes de terre<\/strong> dor\u00e9s et croustillants sont accompagn\u00e9s de <strong>harissa<\/strong> \u00e9pic\u00e9e, <strong>d&rsquo;ail<\/strong> et <strong>de coriandre<\/strong> aromatique. Si tu souhaites \u00e9galement pr\u00e9parer une bonne trempette, je te recommande vivement le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/muhammara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Muhammara<\/a> ou la variante libanaise de l&rsquo;a\u00efoli appel\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/toum-a\u00efoli-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Toum<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce plat ne me permet pas de me sentir bien dans ma peau, MAIS la batata harra touche mon \u00e2me ! Certes, les petits cubes de pommes de terre \u00e9pic\u00e9s sont plut\u00f4t servis dans de petits bols avec d&rsquo;autres d\u00e9lices dans le cadre d&rsquo;un mezze, mais on peut aussi tr\u00e8s bien se pr\u00e9parer une grande portion pour se rassasier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parfait pour chaque table de mezze !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais bon, si tu sers la batata harra, les pommes de terre \u00e9pic\u00e9es se marient incroyablement bien avec <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/taboul\u00e9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le taboul\u00e9<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le houmous<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le labneh<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain pita<\/a> frais. Il n&rsquo;y a rien de tel que la diversit\u00e9 &#8211; et c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce qu&rsquo;offre une <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/cat\u00e9gorie\/mezze-rezepte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mezze<\/a><\/strong>-La table de Mezze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La batata harra se pr\u00e9pare en faisant frire les pommes de terre, puis en les faisant sauter \u00e0 nouveau dans la po\u00eale avec de la harissa, de l&rsquo;ail et de la coriandre fra\u00eeche. J&rsquo;ai l\u00e9g\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 la recette : Tu n&rsquo;es donc plus oblig\u00e9 de faire frire les pommes de terre, mais tu peux tout simplement les faire bien griller au four ou dans une friteuse \u00e0 air chaud en utilisant moins d&rsquo;huile. Cela n&rsquo;alt\u00e8re en rien le go\u00fbt !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu as coup\u00e9 les pommes de terre en d\u00e9s, ajoute simplement un bon filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et laisse-les griller pendant que tu t&rsquo;occupes de l&rsquo;ail, de la coriandre fra\u00eeche et de la sauce de ton choix.
