Et lorsque j&rsquo;invite des amis, je pr\u00e9pare volontiers un mezze avec&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\">du pain<\/a>&nbsp;turc ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\">libanais<\/a>, accompagn\u00e9 de dips comme&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/baba-ghanoush-cr%C3%A8me-d'aubergines\/\">le baba ghanoush<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\">le houmous<\/a>, le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fava-dip\/\">fava<\/a>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/muhammara\/\">le muhammara<\/a>. Et hop, une table pleine de d\u00e9lices&nbsp;<strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu peux pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s facilement, car il te suffit de m\u00e9langer un&nbsp;<strong>m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;eau et de levure<\/strong>&nbsp;que tu p\u00e9tris avec&nbsp;<strong>de la farine<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/strong>&nbsp;pour obtenir une p\u00e2te. Tu laisses reposer la p\u00e2te&nbsp;<strong>pendant environ une heure<\/strong>, tu la p\u00e9tris en forme de galette, tu la badigeonnes d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et tu la saupoudres de cumin noir et de s\u00e9same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et quand il sort du four, tu peux le servir d\u00e9licieusement&nbsp;<strong>parfum\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>frais<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9pare la\u00a0<strong>meilleure et la plus<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>simple<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>recette<\/strong>\u00a0de galettes de pain turc et r\u00e9gale-toi.
