Je m&rsquo;appelle Aubergine et j&rsquo;aimerais vous parler de votre\u2026\u00a0\u00bb Stop ! Avant que cela n&rsquo;arrive et que mes l\u00e9gumes ne se mettent \u00e0 vivre et \u00e0 vouloir me vendre une assurance, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re me pr\u00e9parer directement un rago\u00fbt de l\u00e9gumes fra\u00eechement cuit. C&rsquo;est toujours bon pour moi et je n&rsquo;ai pas besoin de me faire souffler une tomate \u00e0 l&rsquo;oreille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tout-simplement-dans-la-casserole\">Tout simplement dans la casserole !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je l&rsquo;avoue : un tel rago\u00fbt de l\u00e9gumes me sourit en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral surtout pendant la saison froide. Quand le temps est vraiment d\u00e9gueulasse dehors, ce rago\u00fbt vite fait me r\u00e9conforte \u00e0 chaque fois. Rien que d&rsquo;y penser, \u00e7a me fait chaud au c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je regarde ce que j&rsquo;ai encore comme l\u00e9gumes dans le frigo et dans le placard, je les coupe en petits morceaux et je les jette dans une grande casserole. A l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, ma m\u00e8re aurait volontiers jet\u00e9 les enfants dans la marmite avec les l\u00e9gumes, car nous \u00e9tions \u00ab\u00a0si mignons et si coquins, comme des l\u00e9gumes\u00a0\u00bb. Je crois qu&rsquo;elle voulait en fait nous dire que nous \u00e9tions b\u00eates comme des l\u00e9gumes. Bref, je ne suis pas rancuni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu trouveras mon \u00ab\u00a0Best of Gem\u00fcse\u00a0\u00bb dans la recette : aubergine, courgette, tomate, poivron et pomme de terre doivent d\u00e9finitivement faire partie de la recette pour moi. M\u00e9langez bri\u00e8vement, assaisonnez et le reste se fait tout seul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-clous-de-girofle-pour-le-ragout-de-legumes\">Clous de girofle pour le rago\u00fbt de l\u00e9gumes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La combinaison de l\u00e9gumes est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s go\u00fbteuse, mais avec la bonne dose d&rsquo;\u00e9pices et d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s, tu en tires encore plus. Quand je fais revenir les oignons, j&rsquo;ajoute directement une bonne dose de clous de girofle moulus, de cannelle et de laurier. Si tu le souhaites, tu peux aussi utiliser un peu de harissa pour le piquant (j&rsquo;adore \u00e7a !), mais ce n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire. Mais j&rsquo;aime bien avoir un peu de piquant dans mon rago\u00fbt de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s les \u00e9pices, on ajoute les l\u00e9gumes dans la casserole et on les fait revenir bri\u00e8vement. Ensuite, on ajoute la pulpe de tomate et un peu d&rsquo;eau, et le reste se fait en pilote automatique. Pour donner un coup de fouet particulier, j&rsquo;ajoute volontiers des gousses d&rsquo;ail pil\u00e9es. L&rsquo;ail n&rsquo;est pas fait revenir, mais cuit en m\u00eame temps. Le go\u00fbt est alors tout \u00e0 fait diff\u00e9rent. Le rago\u00fbt de l\u00e9gumes est ensuite couronn\u00e9 de pois chiches d\u00e9licatement cuits. C&rsquo;est un plat qui rassasie. Pour moi, une telle pot\u00e9e est vraiment polyvalente et peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9e assez spontan\u00e9ment. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 chaque fois une f\u00eate gustative.
