D&rsquo;accord, si je me fais des pommes de terre grill\u00e9es et un \u0153uf au plat et que j&rsquo;ai fait frire le tout dans du beurre clarifi\u00e9, je dois absolument ajouter une petite salade d&rsquo;accompagnement pour avoir bonne conscience. Sinon, je ne peux plus me regarder dans la glace. Peu importe, une vraie salade, vraiment riche, d\u00e9licieuse et qui ne tol\u00e8re aucun rival, doit \u00eatre couronn\u00e9e en bonne et due forme ! Et rien ne convient mieux pour cela que des cro\u00fbtons de falafel croustillants et des dattes Medjool sucr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-croutons-de-falafel-tout-simplement-parfait-pour-couronner-n-importe-quelle-salade\">Cro\u00fbtons de falafel : Tout simplement parfait pour couronner n&rsquo;importe quelle salade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu connais certainement les<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafels<\/a>. Ces petites choses croustillantes \u00e0 base de pois chiches et d&rsquo;herbes et d&rsquo;\u00e9pices fra\u00eeches sont un classique absolu quand on pense \u00e0 la cuisine du Levant. Outre le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/shawarma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shawarma<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/shawarma-v\u00e9g\u00e9talien\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(<\/a> il existe aussi<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/shawarma-v\u00e9g\u00e9talien\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des variantes v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes<\/a> ) et <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sabich-street-food-isra\u00e9lienne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le sabich<\/a>, le meilleur street food du Levant est un d\u00e9licieux wrap de falafels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais connais-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 les cro\u00fbtons de falafel ?<br>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e m&rsquo;est venue un jour o\u00f9 il me restait un peu de p\u00e2te \u00e0 falafel, mais elle ne suffisait plus pour faire une boulette enti\u00e8re. J&rsquo;ai alors simplement d\u00e9chir\u00e9 la p\u00e2te en petits morceaux avec les doigts et l&rsquo;ai jet\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;huile chaude (attention !). Et qu&rsquo;est-ce que je peux dire ? C&rsquo;est tout aussi bon, mais encore un peu plus croustillant que les grands falafels. Il fallait donc une salade digne d&rsquo;\u00eatre couronn\u00e9e de cro\u00fbtons de falafels. Pour les cro\u00fbtons, j&rsquo;ai l\u00e9g\u00e8rement modifi\u00e9 la recette originale, en ajoutant par exemple un peu de s\u00e9same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-salade-doit-etre-genereuse\">La salade doit \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La salade peut tout simplement faire tellement plus que d&rsquo;\u00eatre un petit accompagnement. J&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour une salade \u00e0 cueillir multicolore, car elle contient tout : des jeunes feuilles de salade, des feuilles de betterave rouge, des b\u00e9b\u00e9s \u00e9pinards, etc. De plus, cela \u00e9vite la corv\u00e9e de la coupe \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, il fallait absolument y mettre mes oignons sumac tant aim\u00e9s. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement ajout\u00e9 les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants dans le saladier :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tomates cerises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concombre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de grenade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des herbes fra\u00eeches, comme la menthe et le persil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>amandes grill\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dattes de Medjool<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous ces ingr\u00e9dients donnent du volume et beaucoup de go\u00fbt \u00e0 la salade. Mais les dattes Medjool offrent ensuite un contraste incroyable avec les cro\u00fbtons croustillants des falafels dans la bouche. D&rsquo;abord le croquant, ensuite le croustillant, puis le moelleux et le sucr\u00e9. La vinaigrette au tahini n&rsquo;est alors \u00ab\u00a0que\u00a0\u00bb la cerise sur le g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2
