Et si en plus il est&nbsp;<strong>facile<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>rapide<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, comme ces d\u00e9licieuses&nbsp;<strong>pommes de terre<\/strong>&nbsp;au four&nbsp;<strong>avec de la dukkah<\/strong>, alors on se r\u00e9gale deux fois plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-coquilles-de-pommes-de-terre-au-four\">Coquilles de pommes de terre au four<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pommes de terre sont un l\u00e9gume vraiment g\u00e9nial. On peut les \u00e9craser en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/gratin-de-pommes-de-terre-siniyeh-batata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pur\u00e9e<\/a>, les&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/smashed-potatoes-avec-mayo-harissa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">griller<\/a>, les&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/batata-harra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00f4tir<\/a>, les cuire, les frire et faire encore un million d&rsquo;autres choses avec. Mais parfois, il faut que ce soit particuli\u00e8rement simple et d\u00e9licieux, c&rsquo;est pourquoi nous allons maintenant parler des pommes de terre en cro\u00fbte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les pommes de terre en tranches<\/strong>&nbsp;sont, comme leur nom l&rsquo;indique, des pommes de terre coup\u00e9es en tranches ou en coins. Tu peux les faire cuire, cuire au four, frire ou r\u00f4tir. Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai fait cuire les pommes de terre au four avec un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices d\u00e9licieusement aromatique appel\u00e9&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/dukkah\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dukkah<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La dukkah<\/strong>&nbsp;est d&rsquo;ailleurs un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices aromatiques, de noisettes, de pistaches et de graines de s\u00e9same. Tu peux donc aussi pr\u00e9parer tes pommes de terre dans l&rsquo;Airfryer sans probl\u00e8me. Tu trouveras les \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre dans la fiche recette ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu te demandes maintenant quelle sorte de pommes de terre tu peux utiliser pour les coins pommes de terre : J&rsquo;utilise <strong>principalement des pommes de terre \u00e0 chair ferme<\/strong>. Elles restent bien tendres \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et deviennent bien croustillantes \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu as bien lav\u00e9 les pommes de terre, tu peux aussi les couper directement en quartiers avec la peau, puis bien les m\u00e9langer dans un bol avec l&rsquo;huile et la ducasse avant de les r\u00e9partir sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pommes de terre vont ensuite cuire au four \u00e0 <strong>200 \u00b0C pendant 20 \u00e0 25 minutes<\/strong>. Soit tu pr\u00e9pares ta propre mayonnaise, soit tu aromatises une mayonnaise achet\u00e9e au supermarch\u00e9. J&rsquo;aime bien ajouter un peu <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sumac-racine-de-table-du-levant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de sumac<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m\u00eame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de za&rsquo;atar<\/a> \u00e0 la mayonnaise et j&rsquo;ai directement une toute autre exp\u00e9rience gustative. Tu peux vraiment faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et cr\u00e9er ta propre mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais tu n&rsquo;es pas oblig\u00e9 de manger les d\u00e9licieuses pommes de terre en tranches seules avec une sauce. Elles sont \u00e9galement parfaites en accompagnement d&rsquo;un bon steak, d&rsquo;un poisson ou d&rsquo;un tofu bien marin\u00e9 et frit.
