C&rsquo;est rapide, \u00e7a ne n\u00e9cessite pas beaucoup d&rsquo;ustensiles de cuisine et c&rsquo;est toujours d\u00e9licieux ! Si, en plus des rago\u00fbts, tu es aussi fan de l\u00e9gumineuses, tu devrais tendre l&rsquo;oreille ! Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je te propose un rago\u00fbt de l\u00e9gumineuses vraiment d\u00e9licieux et facile \u00e0 faire, appel\u00e9 Makhloota. Sans viande !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-makhloota-le-sac-melange-en-guise-de-ragout\">Makhloota &#8211; le \u00ab\u00a0sac m\u00e9lang\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb en guise de rago\u00fbt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis mon enfance, un sac mixte est pour moi un sac rempli de diff\u00e9rents Haribo. Ma maman, elle, entend par l\u00e0 un sac de haricots secs, de pois chiches et de lentilles&#8230; Sexy, c&rsquo;est autre chose, je sais !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme pour de nombreux autres plats du Levant, le nom du plat est tout un programme. Makhloota se traduit par \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9lang\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Et par l\u00e0, il ne s&rsquo;agit \u00e9videmment pas d&rsquo;ours en gomme, de bouteilles de kola et de grenouilles en caoutchouc, mais des nombreuses l\u00e9gumineuses diff\u00e9rentes qui entrent dans la composition du rago\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, tu peux vraiment utiliser n&rsquo;importe quelle l\u00e9gumineuse et tu obtiendras toujours un d\u00e9licieux rago\u00fbt. J&rsquo;aime m\u00e9langer les haricots rouges et blancs, les lentilles et les pois chiches, et ajouter une bonne portion de boulgour \u00e0 la fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je fais d&rsquo;abord bri\u00e8vement revenir le boulgour avec des oignons et du concentr\u00e9 de tomates, puis j&rsquo;ajoute le tout au makhloota. Ce que j&rsquo;appr\u00e9cie le plus dans le mouvement du boulgour, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il a alors un peu le m\u00eame go\u00fbt que le hachis dans le rago\u00fbt. Je l&rsquo;appelle le \u00ab\u00a0boulgour hach\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ! M\u00e9ga bon, crois-moi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comfort-food-rencontre-la-bombe-proteinee\">Comfort Food rencontre la bombe prot\u00e9in\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je n&rsquo;ai probablement plus besoin d&rsquo;expliquer que les l\u00e9gumineuses sont de petites bombes prot\u00e9in\u00e9es. Mais ce que j&rsquo;aimerais te dire, c&rsquo;est que tu peux aussi utiliser des l\u00e9gumineuses s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins cher, cela \u00e9conomise de l&#8217;emballage et c&rsquo;est tout simplement meilleur. Veille toutefois \u00e0 laisser tremper les pois chiches et les haricots dans l&rsquo;eau pendant au moins 12 heures, puis \u00e0 les faire cuire avant de les utiliser pour le rago\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais qu&rsquo;il soit s\u00e9ch\u00e9 ou non, le makhloota est le meilleur de la nourriture de confort levantine !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mise \u00e0 jour 3 f\u00e9vrier 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;avais initialement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la recette pour des l\u00e9gumineuses s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, mais j&rsquo;ai re\u00e7u des commentaires selon lesquels la recette ne fonctionnait pas aussi bien. Vos commentaires sont tr\u00e8s importants pour moi et je les prends toujours au s\u00e9rieux. J&rsquo;ai donc repris la recette depuis le d\u00e9but et l&rsquo;ai simplifi\u00e9e. La base n&rsquo;est plus constitu\u00e9e de l\u00e9gumineuses s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, mais de l\u00e9gumineuses d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuites. Tu obtiendras ainsi \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr le r\u00e9sultat que j&rsquo;ai obtenu dans ma cuisine. Il y a maintenant aussi plus de boulgour, ce qui am\u00e9liore encore la texture. De plus, la recette est maintenant encore plus rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Si tu l&rsquo;as appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e ou si quelque chose n&rsquo;a pas fonctionn\u00e9, n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 m&rsquo;\u00e9crire dans les commentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
