J&rsquo;adore \u00e7a ! Je commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une telle journ\u00e9e de repos par un caf\u00e9 au lit, en surfant un peu sur Internet, en regardant ce que font mes amis en ligne (s&rsquo;ils sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9veill\u00e9s) et en lisant un peu le journal. Et ensuite ? Un brunch bien s\u00fbr &#8211; et pour moi, le sucuk aux \u0153ufs et \u00e0 la tomate est un incontournable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-en-visite-chez-family-et-le-prix-du-canape\">En visite chez Family et le prix du canap\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais les week-ends ne sont pas toujours comme \u00e7a. Lorsque je suis en visite chez ma famille, je dors g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans le salon. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que r\u00e8gne Toni* ; Toni Montana &#8211; le chat, pas le Don du film &#8230; bien qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait parfois aucune diff\u00e9rence entre les deux. Toni me r\u00e9veille aussi le dimanche \u00e0 6 heures du matin pr\u00e9cises et veut qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;occupe de lui. La place dans son royaume a en effet un prix. Si je refuse, mes pieds sont traqu\u00e9s sans rel\u00e2che sous la couette. Finalement, je me rendors. Quand je me r\u00e9veille, je suis, telle une momie, bien envelopp\u00e9e dans la couette. Bien s\u00fbr, Toni est allong\u00e9 directement sur la couette et me regarde fixement. Il m&rsquo;avait vaincu, une fois de plus&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me r\u00e9veille doucement et l&rsquo;odeur du <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/moka-\u00e0-la-cardamome\/\">moka<\/a> frais \u00e0 la cardamome me monte au nez.<br>\u00ab\u00a0Ksch ! Ksch ! Pousse-toi, petit mafieux !\u00a0\u00bb, entends-je ma m\u00e8re crier. Elle tape toujours dans ses mains. Toni se l\u00e8ve d&rsquo;un bond et court apr\u00e8s elle. Ne vous m\u00e9prenez pas, il n&rsquo;a pas eu peur &#8211; il sait juste qu&rsquo;il va avoir quelque chose \u00e0 manger. Des croquettes di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques pour seniors &#8211; \u00e0 son \u00e2ge, le bonhomme doit faire attention \u00e0 sa ligne. Il ne veut plus \u00eatre appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Fetti McFett\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-sucuk-en-differentes-variantes-le-meilleur-petit-dejeuner\">Le sucuk en diff\u00e9rentes variantes : Le meilleur petit d\u00e9jeuner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me l\u00e8ve et savoure le d\u00e9licieux moka qui m&rsquo;attend d\u00e9j\u00e0 tout fumant. Pendant ce temps, Toni revient dans le salon. Ses yeux se tournent vers la porte, car ma m\u00e8re entre dans le salon avec une po\u00eale fumante &#8211; son regard la suit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a sent bon ! Il y a du sucuk avec des \u0153ufs au plat et des tomates. Lorsque l&rsquo;on parle de sucuk, on pense g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tout de suite \u00e0 cette sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 charcuti\u00e8re connue et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e de Turquie. Mais cette d\u00e9licieuse saucisse \u00e0 l&rsquo;ail existe \u00e9galement sous diverses formes dans de nombreux autres pays. Alors qu&rsquo;en Turquie, la saucisse est s\u00e9ch\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;air, au Liban par exemple, elle reste plut\u00f4t crue et est donc tr\u00e8s molle. La variante libanaise ressemble davantage \u00e0 une merguez \u00e9paisse et en a un peu le go\u00fbt. La variante turque peut \u00eatre d\u00e9coup\u00e9e et mang\u00e9e non cuite. Le sucuk libanais doit \u00eatre frit et est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement beaucoup plus \u00e9pic\u00e9. Malheureusement, le sucuk libanais est tr\u00e8s difficile \u00e0 trouver dans notre pays, mais on peut d\u00e9sormais acheter le sucuk turc dans presque tous les supermarch\u00e9s. Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai donc opt\u00e9 pour le sucuk turc &#8211; les deux variantes sont en tout cas d\u00e9licieuses \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de la po\u00eale avec du sucuk, des \u0153ufs au plat et des tomates, il y a \u00e9galement des plats sur la table :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Olives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>concombres fra\u00eechement coup\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cornichons marin\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>poivrons marin\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poivron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fromage-frais-libanais-labneh\/\">Labneh<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pain pita<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/gewuerz-zatar-zaatar-oder-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Za&rsquo;atar<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Houmous<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Th\u00e9 noir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parfois aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/shakshuka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shakshuka<\/a> (quand il y a des visiteurs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que nous sommes assis \u00e0 table, que nous discutons et que nous prenons tout notre temps pour d\u00e9guster les sucuk, je jette un coup d&rsquo;\u0153il \u00e0 Toni*.
