Mais c&rsquo;est justement pendant la saison froide que j&rsquo;aime avoir quelque chose de chaud dans l&rsquo;estomac &#8211; et je me pr\u00e9pare alors ce d\u00e9licieux <strong>taboul\u00e9 d&rsquo;hiver<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le taboul\u00e9 autrement !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Liban, le tanoul\u00e9 d&rsquo;hiver est \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0tabbuleh soukneh\u00a0\u00bb, ce qui signifie tout simplement \u00ab\u00a0taboul\u00e9 chaud\u00a0\u00bb. Si dans la variante d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9, le rapport persil\/boulgour est de 9:1, il s&rsquo;inverse dans la variante chaude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, quelques autres ingr\u00e9dients et \u00e9pices sont ajout\u00e9s, comme les pois chiches, la menthe s\u00e9ch\u00e9e et le cumin. Mais pour la plupart, un ingr\u00e9dient est particuli\u00e8rement surprenant : la viande hach\u00e9e ! Oui, oui&#8230; mes amis v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas contents&#8230; Mais heureusement, la recette fonctionne aussi tr\u00e8s bien avec du hachis v\u00e9g\u00e9tal !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pris la recette du taboul\u00e9 d&rsquo;hiver \u00e0 ma m\u00e8re il y a quelque temps, lors d&rsquo;une de mes visites. Je lui ai donn\u00e9 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de cuisiner du taboul\u00e9 d&rsquo;hiver et j&rsquo;ai ensuite pris des notes avec application. J&rsquo;ai vraiment d\u00fb me d\u00e9p\u00eacher d&rsquo;\u00e9crire, car ses gestes sont si rapides que j&rsquo;avais du mal \u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle n&rsquo;a pas pu me donner de quantit\u00e9s, elle cuisine toujours au feeling. J&rsquo;ai donc fait attention aux proportions des ingr\u00e9dients et j&rsquo;ai ensuite reproduit la recette \u00e0 la maison. Le verre gradu\u00e9 et la balance \u00e9taient mes meilleurs amis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-j-ai-change-une-chose-dans-la-recette\">J&rsquo;ai chang\u00e9 une chose dans la recette.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode classique consiste \u00e0 faire cuire un demi-chou blanc dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9goutter. D\u00e8s que le taboul\u00e9 d&rsquo;hiver est pr\u00eat, on prend \u00e0 chaque fois une feuille de chou bien cuite et on s&rsquo;en sert pour enrober le taboul\u00e9 chaud. C&rsquo;est un peu comme un <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/pain-pita-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pain pita<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai pris un chou pointu \u00e0 la place, je l&rsquo;ai coup\u00e9 en petits morceaux et je l&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 directement dans le plat. Je trouve que cela convient tr\u00e8s bien au taboul\u00e9 d&rsquo;hiver. Lorsque j&rsquo;en ai parl\u00e9 \u00e0 ma m\u00e8re, elle est d&rsquo;abord rest\u00e9e silencieuse, puis a soudain dit \u00ab\u00a0Tu as chang\u00e9 ma recette ?!?\u00a0\u00bb. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais un peu irrit\u00e9 et d\u00e9stabilis\u00e9, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle poursuive \u00ab\u00a0C&rsquo;est super ! Je vais essayer \u00e7a aussi !\u00a0\u00bb. Ouf, j&rsquo;ai eu de la chance !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais tu peux aussi laisser tomber le chou pointu et prendre classiquement un chou blanc, le faire cuire et utiliser simplement les feuilles de chou comme d\u00e9crit ci-dessus pour remplacer les galettes ou les couverts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu veux refaire cette recette, n&rsquo;oublie pas d&rsquo;y ajouter du yaourt cr\u00e9meux. J&rsquo;aime utiliser du yaourt \u00e0 10%. La combinaison est tout simplement imbattable !
