Et depuis, je me r\u00e9jouis \u00e0 chaque fois qu&rsquo;on en trouve \u00e0 nouveau. Si les mots \u00ab\u00a0rago\u00fbt\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0chou-fleur\u00a0\u00bb te font penser \u00e0 quelque chose de super lourd et de tr\u00e8s consistant, je peux te rassurer (ou te d\u00e9cevoir). Le yakhnit arnabit a en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 un go\u00fbt d\u00e9licieusement frais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une superbe note acide de jus de citron, tout en te donnant la sensation agr\u00e9able et chaude d&rsquo;un rago\u00fbt. Tout simplement g\u00e9nial !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yakhnit Arnabit : grill\u00e9, non cuit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses fa\u00e7ons de pr\u00e9parer le chou-fleur, y compris pour ce rago\u00fbt de chou-fleur. Tu peux faire cuire le chou-fleur, le faire frire ou le faire griller au four. Chaque m\u00e9thode donne \u00e0 ton yakhnit arnabit une saveur l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente. Si tu optes pour la friture, tu auras certes plus de go\u00fbt gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la graisse &#8211; mais le rago\u00fbt sera aussi un peu moins sain. Lorsque tu fais cuire le chou, ton appartement sent le pet et tu as \u00e9limin\u00e9 la plupart des saveurs &#8211; mais ton rago\u00fbt est super light, yaaay ! Et si tu veux exactement le milieu, tu laisses le chou-fleur griller joliment dans le four chaud &#8211; c&rsquo;est ce que je fais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s rapide, mais les gestes sont tr\u00e8s simples. Il faut d&rsquo;abord bien faire revenir la viande et la faire mijoter avec une arm\u00e9e de superbes \u00e9pices. Parmi les \u00e9pices, on trouve des superstars comme la cardamome, le piment, la cannelle ou la feuille de laurier. Et pendant que la viande mijote, tu mets simplement le chou-fleur au four &#8211; il grillera tranquillement et tu pourras t&rsquo;occuper du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/riz-au-beurre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">riz au beurre \u00e0<\/a>&nbsp;la fin. Ainsi, tu as pr\u00e9par\u00e9 en toute tranquillit\u00e9 un rago\u00fbt de chou-fleur incroyablement d\u00e9licieux pour toute la famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le Levant et ses rago\u00fbts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant qu&rsquo;Europ\u00e9en, on pourrait probablement penser qu&rsquo;au Levant, en raison du climat, on n&rsquo;aime pas trop les rago\u00fbts et qu&rsquo;on ne se nourrit toute la journ\u00e9e que de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">houmous<\/a>, de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">falafels<\/a>&nbsp;et du reste de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/cat%C3%A9gorie\/mezze-rezepte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bande des mezze<\/a>. Mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il existe une culture du rago\u00fbt vraiment importante. \u00ab\u00a0Tabha\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Tabkha\u00a0\u00bb signifie en gros \u00ab\u00a0plat cuit\u00a0\u00bb. Il s&rsquo;agit de magnifiques rago\u00fbts qui sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement servis avec une bonne portion de riz au beurre et dont le nom commence par le mot \u00ab\u00a0yakhnit\u00a0\u00bb. Outre le rago\u00fbt de chou-fleur, il s&rsquo;agit par exemple du rago\u00fbt&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/rago%C3%BBt-de-pommes-de-terre-libanaises-avec-kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de pommes de terre<\/a>, du rago\u00fbt d&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/rago%C3%BBt-d'%C3%A9pinards-libanais-yakhnet-sabanegh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&lsquo;\u00e9pinards<\/a>&nbsp;d\u00e9licieusement fruit\u00e9 ou du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/rago%C3%BBt-de-pois-libanais\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rago\u00fbt de petits pois<\/a>. Ces plats sont pour moi des r\u00e9chauffeurs d&rsquo;\u00e2me absolus et me ram\u00e8nent toujours \u00e0 la table de ma m\u00e8re et de ma famille. Bon app\u00e9tit !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conseil-supplementaire-pour-les-vegetaliens-et-les-vegetariens\">Conseil suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens et les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rago\u00fbt peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9 sans viande. Il suffit de laisser tomber la viande et d&rsquo;utiliser du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes que tu feras mijoter avec les \u00e9pices pendant environ 30 minutes. Tu peux \u00e9galement ajouter de la viande v\u00e9g\u00e9tale pour remplacer les prot\u00e9ines. Ce n&rsquo;est alors plus original, mais le c\u0153ur et l&rsquo;\u00e2me de Yakhnit Arnabit est justement le chou-fleur. Si tu pr\u00e9pares le riz au beurre, tu peux remplacer le beurre par de l&rsquo;huile de colza aromatis\u00e9e au beurre ou utiliser directement de la margarine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
