Que ce soit dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/rago\u00fbt-de-chou-fleur-libanais-yakhnit-arnabit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rago\u00fbt de chou-fleur<\/a>, dans la marmite de riz en couches <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/maqlube-pot-de-riz-stratifi\u00e9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Maqlube<\/a> ou tout simplement<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/l\u00e9gumes-frits-makali\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> frit comme mezze<\/a>. En fait, on pr\u00e9f\u00e8re faire frire le chou pour obtenir de magnifiques ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s. Mais on peut aussi faire autrement ! Je dis toujours que l&rsquo;on peut tirer des l\u00e9gumes une quantit\u00e9 incroyable de go\u00fbt et d&rsquo;ar\u00f4me si l&rsquo;on travaille avec suffisamment de chaleur et une bonne pinc\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9pices. Je me suis donc lanc\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation. Il en r\u00e9sulte un <strong>chou-fleur<\/strong> d\u00e9licieusement juteux et grill\u00e9 sur un couscous moelleux aux herbes et aux noix croquantes. Le tout est accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une d\u00e9licieuse sauce au tahini et au yaourt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un festin v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un repas de f\u00eate ne doit pas toujours se solder par un travail infini. Ici, c&rsquo;est le four qui fait le plus gros du travail pour toi. Auparavant, il te suffit de pr\u00e9parer la marinade aromatique pour le chou-fleur grill\u00e9. En plus du citron, du cumin, de la cannelle, de la cardamome, du clou de girofle et du piment, tu ajoutes une bonne dose <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-\u00e0-l'eau-de-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d&rsquo;harissa<\/a> pour donner au chou-fleur un peu de piquant. Si tu ne supportes pas le piquant, tu peux bien s\u00fbr tout simplement renoncer \u00e0 la p\u00e2te de piment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La marinade n&rsquo;est pas simplement vers\u00e9e sur le chou-fleur depuis l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur &#8211; ok, peut-\u00eatre un peu quand m\u00eame. MAIS : apr\u00e8s avoir enlev\u00e9 toutes les feuilles et les parties disgracieuses du chou, tu le retournes d&rsquo;abord et tu laisses une partie de la marinade s&rsquo;infiltrer par le bas dans le chou-fleur et tu le retournes pour que tout soit ensuite bien \u00e9pic\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Tu ajoutes ensuite le reste de l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et tu frottes bien le chou. C&rsquo;est tout ce que tu as \u00e0 faire. Ton four s&rsquo;occupera du reste. Ton chou-fleur grill\u00e9 est donc presque pr\u00eat !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que le chou-fleur est grill\u00e9 au four, tu t&rsquo;occupes du <strong>couscous<\/strong> assaisonn\u00e9 et de la <strong>sauce au yaourt et au tahini<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est vraiment tr\u00e8s <strong>rapide<\/strong> et <strong>facile<\/strong>. Et apr\u00e8s environ une heure, tu as ton <strong>festin v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien<\/strong> sur la table. J&rsquo;ai soigneusement d\u00e9coup\u00e9 le chou-fleur grill\u00e9 en tranches. Cela peut \u00eatre un peu d\u00e9licat, car il est encore chaud et peut facilement se casser. Mais tu peux aussi simplement couper le chou en quatre, c&rsquo;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus s\u00fbr. Sinon, il y a des petits bouquets de chou-fleur grill\u00e9s. Le go\u00fbt n&rsquo;en sera d\u00e9finitivement pas alt\u00e9r\u00e9. Bon app\u00e9tit !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Astuce :<\/strong> si tu es <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/strong>, il te suffit de remplacer les produits d&rsquo;origine animale par
