Le <strong>wrap falafel v\u00e9g\u00e9talien<\/strong> est surtout connu comme un plat de rue libanais et constitue l&rsquo;en-cas id\u00e9al \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure du d\u00e9jeuner ou sur le pouce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-ingredients-du-roule-falafel-une-poignee-de-classiques\">Les ingr\u00e9dients du roul\u00e9 falafel &#8211; une poign\u00e9e de classiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui rend le plat de rue libanais, le wrap falafel, si sp\u00e9cial ? C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s simple : c&rsquo;est le m\u00e9lange parfait de diff\u00e9rentes textures et saveurs. En effet, il se compose de plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments classiques. Les trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux sont le <strong>pain plat libanais<\/strong>, le <strong>falafel<\/strong> et la <strong>sauce tahini<\/strong>. Vous trouverez toujours ces plats traditionnels en accompagnement ou dans le cadre d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/cat\u00e9gorie\/mezze-rezepte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mezze<\/a>.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour le wrap falafel avec les ingr\u00e9dients classiques, tels que je les connais au Liban, vous avez besoin des ingr\u00e9dients suivants :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pain plat libanais :<\/strong> vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer vous-m\u00eame ce pain fin et \u00e9lastique ou l&rsquo;acheter dans une boulangerie arabe. Vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr en acheter, mais n&rsquo;achetez pas les falafels bizarres du supermarch\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, mais des falafels surgel\u00e9s provenant d&rsquo;un supermarch\u00e9 arabe. Vous trouverez la <strong>recette de base<\/strong> des falafels <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-recette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauce tahini :<\/strong> elle est rapidement m\u00e9lang\u00e9e. Utilisez du bon tahini ou faites-le vous-m\u00eame. Vous trouverez la <strong>recette de base<\/strong> de la sauce tahini <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sauce-tahini-la-recette-de-base\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici.<\/a>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Concombres marin\u00e9s :<\/strong> Les concombres marin\u00e9s libanais sont tr\u00e8s sal\u00e9s. Veuillez donc utiliser des concombres tr\u00e8s sal\u00e9s et <strong>non des<\/strong> concombres marin\u00e9s aigre-doux. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomates :<\/strong> vous pouvez utiliser des tomates en grappe simples et juteuses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Navets roses marin\u00e9s :<\/strong> vous ne les trouverez pas partout. Vous devriez \u00e9galement les acheter dans les supermarch\u00e9s arabes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Persil :<\/strong> vous pouvez l&rsquo;ajouter, avec les tiges et tout le reste, au pain plat. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une cuisine de rue et elle peut donc \u00eatre un peu plus grossi\u00e8re. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous tenez vraiment \u00e0 tout faire vous-m\u00eame, vous devez pr\u00e9voir quelques heures. Ou mieux encore : organisez une soir\u00e9e cuisine avec des amis, car la pr\u00e9paration des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments peut \u00eatre facilement r\u00e9partie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement pr\u00e9parer les falafels au <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafel-au-four\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">four<\/a> ou dans une <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/falafels-a-la-friteuse-a-air-chaud\/\">friteuse \u00e0 air<\/a> chaud pour \u00e9conomiser quelques calories. Mais cela en vaut la peine !
