Je ne me souviens vraiment pas d&rsquo;une salade de boulgour. Mais aujourd&rsquo;hui, la situation a chang\u00e9. Comme pour les salades de couscous, j&rsquo;ouvre g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et je regarde ce qui s&rsquo;y cache. La salade de boulgour avait donc toujours un go\u00fbt un peu diff\u00e9rent chez moi. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que je tombe sur cette combinaison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des radis croquants, des tomates cerises fruit\u00e9es, du concombre frais, des poivrons ainsi que des graines de grenade aigre-douce se cachent depuis de plus en plus souvent dans ma salade de boulgour. Ce qui ne doit en aucun cas manquer pour moi, ce sont les herbes fra\u00eeches. Beaucoup de menthe fra\u00eeche et, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, une mer enti\u00e8re de coriandre. J&rsquo;adore la coriandre et je pourrais m&rsquo;en rouler dans un champ entier. Je sais que la coriandre divise les esprits. Les uns l&rsquo;adorent, les autres ne souhaitent pas \u00e0 cette herbe des choses aussi sympathiques. Si tu fais partie du deuxi\u00e8me groupe, tu peux bien s\u00fbr utiliser du persil \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparer-une-salade-de-boulgour-est-super-facile\">Pr\u00e9parer une salade de boulgour est super facile !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;assaisonnement est alors tr\u00e8s simple : du jus de citron, la meilleure huile d&rsquo;olive et une bonne dose de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/gewuerz-zatar-zaatar-oder-zaatar\/\" target=\"_blank\">Za&rsquo;atar<\/a>. Voil\u00e0, nous avons maintenant les composants et il ne nous reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9parer le boulgour. Pr\u00e9parer le boulgour est super facile. La plupart du temps, l&#8217;emballage indique ce que tu dois faire. Et si ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas, tu peux d\u00e9j\u00e0 te souvenir du rapport 1:2. Une part de boulgour pour deux parts d&rsquo;eau. Tu fais cuire le boulgour avec un peu de sel dans une casserole, tu mets le couvercle, tu baisses le feu et tu laisses cuire le tout pendant environ 15 minutes. Facile, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ? Fais attention \u00e0 la taille des grains que tu as achet\u00e9s. Le boulgour tr\u00e8s fin ne convient pas pour cette salade, mais plut\u00f4t pour le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/taboul\u00e9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taboul\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que le boulgour cuit, tu coupes rapidement les l\u00e9gumes et avant m\u00eame de t&rsquo;en rendre compte, ta salade de boulgour est d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur la table. Tu peux la servir en tant qu&rsquo;accompagnement ou en tant que plat \u00e0 emporter. Ce qui est g\u00e9nial avec la salade de boulgour, c&rsquo;est que tu peux parfaitement l&rsquo;inclure dans ton plan Meal Prep. Il suffit de la pr\u00e9parer la veille au soir et de la mettre dans la bo\u00eete de conservation. La salade est encore d\u00e9licieuse m\u00eame apr\u00e8s deux jours au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette salade est d&rsquo;ailleurs particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9licieuse avec <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/brochettes-de-halloumi-au-barbecue\/\" target=\"_blank\">des brochettes d&rsquo;halloumi<\/a> et <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"
