Ce baklava cheesecake a directement \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 refaire\u00a0\u00bb. Une <strong>recette<\/strong> qui r\u00e9unit exactement ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments : une p\u00e2te filo fine et croustillante, des noix fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9es et une d\u00e9licieuse cr\u00e8me de cheesecake. Vous n&rsquo;en avez pas besoin de beaucoup, mais les <strong>feuilles<\/strong> doivent <strong>\u00eatre bien fines et souples<\/strong>. Je place toujours les couches directement dans le moule d\u00e9montable, bien enduites de beurre &#8211; c&rsquo;est un peu comme du bricolage m\u00e9ditatif avec de la p\u00e2te. Mais c&rsquo;est vraiment amusant.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mon conseil :<\/strong> vous pouvez utiliser \u00e0 la fois de <strong>la p\u00e2te<\/strong> <strong>filo<\/strong> et <strong>de la p\u00e2te yufka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-poignee-de-noix-pour-la-garniture\">Une poign\u00e9e de noix pour la garniture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Noix, noix de cajou ou pistaches ?  <\/strong>Je dis : pourquoi pas toutes ? Je fais d&rsquo;abord griller les noix dans une po\u00eale, ce qui leur donne encore plus de <strong>saveur<\/strong>. Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez quelque chose de plus fin, utilisez plus de pistaches. Si vous voulez quelque chose de plus rustique, ajoutez des noix.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fromage blanc, fromage frais et cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche pour la cr\u00e8me<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La base est classique : <strong>fromage frais, fromage blanc maigre, un peu de cr\u00e8me.<\/strong> Et pour que cette partie ait aussi le go\u00fbt du Levant, il ne faut pas oublier d&rsquo;ajouter quelques gouttes <strong>d&rsquo;eau de rose<\/strong> dans la <strong>cr\u00e8me de fromage<\/strong>. Ce n&rsquo;est pas une obligation, mais je pense que c&rsquo;est ce qui le rend sp\u00e9cial. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;essayer ! En effet, les ingr\u00e9dients froids ne se m\u00e9langent pas facilement pour former une masse cr\u00e9meuse, et des grumeaux se forment souvent. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toujours bien badigeonner le filo de beurre<\/strong> &#8211; sinon, il sera sec au lieu d&rsquo;\u00eatre croustillant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faites cuire le g\u00e2teau \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature <\/strong>et placez un bol <strong>d&rsquo;eau<\/strong> r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur <strong>dans le four<\/strong>. Cela permettra \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de rester souple. La vapeur d&rsquo;eau emp\u00eache le cheesecake de se fissurer et assure une r\u00e9partition douce de la chaleur.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Apr\u00e8s la cuisson : <\/strong><strong> laissez<\/strong> d&rsquo;abord<strong> refroidir<\/strong> en laissant la porte du four ouverte, puis placez au <strong>r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/strong> &#8211; de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pendant la nuit. Si vous sortiez le cheesecake chaud du four, il se d\u00e9chirerait.   <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un autre conseil :<\/strong> d\u00e9coupez le cheesecake avec un <strong>couteau bien aiguis\u00e9.<\/strong> Je sais que \u00e7a fait mal, mais il faut bien que quelqu&rsquo;un fasse le premier pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous souhaite beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer ce cheesecake croustillant et, bien s\u00fbr, un bon app\u00e9tit.
