C&rsquo;est pourquoi ce&nbsp;<strong>poulet<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e9pic\u00e9 \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>la<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>harissa<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>aux l\u00e9gumes au four<\/strong>&nbsp;est l&rsquo;un de mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. J&rsquo;adore&nbsp;<strong>la harissa<\/strong>, une p\u00e2te \u00e9pic\u00e9e qui est incroyablement aromatique. Et il y en a tellement de diff\u00e9rentes : Certaines sont plus \u00e9pic\u00e9es, d&rsquo;autres plus fum\u00e9es. Il m&rsquo;a fallu quelques tubes et bocaux avant de trouver le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices qui me convenait. Ma p\u00e2te de harissa pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e a un go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fum\u00e9 et est bien piquante ! Elle est absolument parfaite pour enduire un poulet juteux. Je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait pour le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-fried-chicken\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">poulet frit \u00e0 la harissa<\/a>, il me fallait donc une version sans panure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00e9gumes \u00e9pic\u00e9s au four et sauce \u00e0 la menthe fra\u00eeche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu connais le&nbsp;<strong>poulet roadkill<\/strong>? Le nom est un peu fort et provoque des images confuses dans ma t\u00eate, mais il s&rsquo;agit simplement d&rsquo;un poulet dont on a enlev\u00e9 le dos. Cela te permet de l&rsquo;aplatir, de le poser sur la grille et de r\u00e9duire le temps de cuisson. Ainsi, tu n&rsquo;auras pas \u00e0 attendre trop longtemps pour d\u00e9guster ton d\u00e9licieux poulet \u00e0 la harissa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, un coq super croustillant doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;une garniture et bien s\u00fbr d&rsquo;une sauce. Sans sauce, pas de moi ! Ici, un&nbsp;<strong>l\u00e9gume au four<\/strong>&nbsp;bien assaisonn\u00e9 s&rsquo;impose naturellement, car le four tourne de toute fa\u00e7on d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime. Et pendant que tout devient lentement croustillant, il reste suffisamment de temps pour mixer en un clin d&rsquo;\u0153il la menthe et le yaourt aux \u00e9pices avec un mixeur plongeant pour obtenir une&nbsp;<strong>sauce \u00e0 la menthe<\/strong>&nbsp;rafra\u00eechissante. Car celle-ci apporte un peu de l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 \u00e0 ce repas copieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vu quelque chose pour le week-end ? Pas encore ?! Bon, alors maintenant, oui !
