Ils ont un champ au bord du Rhin, ici \u00e0 D\u00fcsseldorf. Ils cultivent et r\u00e9coltent d&rsquo;avril \u00e0 octobre. L&rsquo;autre jour, ils m&rsquo;ont offert tout un tas de fleurs de courgettes. J&rsquo;adore les fleurs de courgette et la derni\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;en ai mang\u00e9, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait sur une pizza en Italie &#8211; c&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9licieux ! J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;en faire une omelette avec de la feta et du za&rsquo;atar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, j&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;ailleurs essay\u00e9 un champ et j&rsquo;ai lamentablement \u00e9chou\u00e9. Il faut y aller tout le temps ! Arroser, arracher les mauvaises herbes, tuer les doryphores (c&rsquo;\u00e9tait d\u00e9go\u00fbtant !). Oui, et les bons l\u00e9gumes qui ont r\u00e9ussi, d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re ou d&rsquo;une autre, \u00e0 survivre \u00e0 mes \u00ab\u00a0talents de jardinier\u00a0\u00bb et \u00e0 voir la lumi\u00e8re du soleil, je devais les prot\u00e9ger des li\u00e8vres voraces. Les lapins ont gagn\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fleurs de courgette peuvent en effet \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es en grande quantit\u00e9. Elles ont un go\u00fbt de noisette d\u00e9licat, comme devrait l&rsquo;avoir une courgette. Certaines personnes pensent que les courgettes n&rsquo;ont pas de go\u00fbt. Cette fois-ci, elles ont agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 mon omelette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette est tr\u00e8s rapide et l&rsquo;omelette est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s esth\u00e9tique. Agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de feta et de za&rsquo;atar, elle convient parfaitement comme petit-d\u00e9jeuner, petit d\u00e9jeuner ou d\u00eener low-carb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merci encore \u00e0 Nils et Nani
