Je la mets presque partout, parfois m\u00eame dans&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/taboul%C3%A9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les salades<\/a>. Pour les&nbsp;<strong>escargots \u00e0 la cannelle<\/strong>, je n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 en mettre un peu plus. Mais ce qui me pla\u00eet dans les escargots \u00e0 la cannelle, ce n&rsquo;est pas seulement leur parfum irr\u00e9sistible, mais aussi leur moelleux incroyable. Une fois que l&rsquo;on a croqu\u00e9 dedans, c&rsquo;est comme si l&rsquo;on s&rsquo;enfon\u00e7ait dans un coussin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-pate-moelleuse-et-une-bonne-dose-de-pistaches\">Une p\u00e2te moelleuse et une bonne dose de pistaches<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La cannelle est une chose, car il y a vraiment de grandes diff\u00e9rences de qualit\u00e9. Lors de l&rsquo;achat, assure-toi de choisir de la&nbsp;<strong>cannelle de Ceylan<\/strong>&nbsp;de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure. Une cannelle de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 peut contenir de grandes quantit\u00e9s de&nbsp;<strong>coumarine<\/strong>. La coumarine (et non la cumin !) est soup\u00e7onn\u00e9e de perturber le m\u00e9tabolisme et de favoriser les maladies. Fais donc attention lorsque tu pr\u00e9pares des recettes avec un pourcentage \u00e9lev\u00e9 de cannelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais revenons-en aux d\u00e9licieux escargots \u00e0 la cannelle. La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire est bien s\u00fbr de pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e &#8211; c&rsquo;est la base principale des escargots. Je pr\u00e9pare la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e avec du lait et du beurre. Elle est ainsi tr\u00e8s riche et se rapproche d&rsquo;une brioche. Elle est bien moelleuse et juteuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour fourrer les escargots \u00e0 la cannelle, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour une bonne dose de&nbsp;<strong>pistaches<\/strong>&nbsp;en plus de la cannelle. Il suffit donc de m\u00e9langer la cannelle avec les pistaches hach\u00e9es, le sucre et le beurre, et le tout peut \u00eatre \u00e9tal\u00e9 sur la p\u00e2te. Ensuite, on passe au four. Et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que je commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 m&rsquo;affoler, car tout l&rsquo;appartement sent incroyablement bon la p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e et la cannelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pistaches sont d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sentes dans le topping : tu peux ici soit recourir \u00e0 des pistaches finement pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9es, soit opter pour de la pur\u00e9e de pistaches. Les deux fonctionnent tr\u00e8s bien ! Les brioches \u00e0 la cannelle sont meilleures lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont fra\u00eechement cuites et encore l\u00e9g\u00e8rement chaudes. Mais tu peux toujours les servir apr\u00e8s quelques jours, s&rsquo;ils survivent aussi longtemps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity
