La citrouille en soupe, en pur\u00e9e, au four ou \u00e0 la po\u00eale est toujours une tr\u00e8s bonne id\u00e9e. Savais-tu que la courge est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e au Levant ? On y pr\u00e9pare par exemple volontiers des \u00ab\u00a0kibbeh \u00e0 la citrouille\u00a0\u00bb. Le kibbeh est une sorte de boulette avec du boulgour &#8211; en gros. Mais ici, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une courge au four, pos\u00e9e sur un d\u00e9licieux yaourt au citron frais et agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de divers toppings d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-citrouille-autrement\">La citrouille autrement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les l\u00e9gumes au four sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 une chose tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licieuse. C&rsquo;est super bon, tr\u00e8s sain et pr\u00eat en un clin d&rsquo;\u0153il. Cela me sauve souvent la fin de la journ\u00e9e, quand j&rsquo;ai tellement faim apr\u00e8s une longue journ\u00e9e que je mords m\u00eame sauvagement mon entourage (je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et quand il faut vraiment aller vite, je fais preuve d&rsquo;une grande cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et j&rsquo;aime bien m\u00e9langer les choses. C&rsquo;est ainsi que cette recette est n\u00e9e dans les grandes lignes. Quand le temps est venu, la recette doit \u00eatre rapide et avoir un petit quelque chose en plus. Je pose donc la citrouille sur du yaourt cr\u00e9meux que j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9alablement m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec du zeste de citron. Pour le nappage, je saupoudre de noisettes fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9es, de quelques graines de grenade et de quelques g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses gouttes <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/zhug-chili-sauce-coriandre\/\" target=\"_blank\">de Zhug<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bien-epice-mais-delicieusement-doux-d-une-certaine-maniere\">Bien \u00e9pic\u00e9, mais d\u00e9licieusement doux d&rsquo;une certaine mani\u00e8re<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zhug est une sauce piquante au piment et \u00e0 la coriandre qui donne encore plus de feu \u00e0 la courge grill\u00e9e, mais qui apporte de nombreux ar\u00f4mes d\u00e9licieux du Levant. Ne t&rsquo;inqui\u00e8te pas : le zhug est vraiment tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer soi-m\u00eame et tu peux d\u00e9cider toi-m\u00eame du degr\u00e9 de piquant que tu souhaites. En outre, le yaourt frais att\u00e9nue consid\u00e9rablement le piquant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec les toppings, c&rsquo;est un petit voyage culinaire qui commence chez toi et se termine au Levant. Tu go\u00fbtes la courge terreuse, puis le yaourt citronn\u00e9, puis les noisettes croquantes que tu viens de faire griller auparavant. Et comme petites explosions dans la bouche, les graines de grenade sucr\u00e9es et acidul\u00e9es te surprennent. \u00c7a a l&rsquo;air bon, non ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis tr\u00e8s s\u00fbre que tu
