{"id":18306,"date":"2016-07-10T19:53:01","date_gmt":"2016-07-10T17:53:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/mokka-eis\/"},"modified":"2024-01-17T10:59:05","modified_gmt":"2024-01-17T09:59:05","slug":"mokka-eis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/mokka-eis\/","title":{"rendered":"Glace au moka et \u00e0 la cardamome"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l&rsquo;autre jour une&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/glace-%C3%A0-la-pistache\/\">glace \u00e0 la pistache<\/a>&nbsp;super aromatique, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;une&nbsp;<strong>glace au moka<\/strong>&nbsp;et \u00e0 la cardamome. Car j&rsquo;adore les glaces qui sortent un peu de l&rsquo;ordinaire. Que dis-je, en fait, je d\u00e9vore toutes les glaces en un rien de temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-moka-cafe-libanais\">Moka &#8211; caf\u00e9 libanais<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Liban,&nbsp;<strong>le moka<\/strong>&nbsp;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec&nbsp;<strong>de la cardamome<\/strong>&nbsp;fra\u00eechement grill\u00e9e et moulue. Cela rend le moka un peu plus digeste et lui ajoute une autre note de saveur d\u00e9licieuse. Ce qui est super, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;au Liban, il y a au moins un torr\u00e9facteur dans chaque ville, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on peut composer son propre m\u00e9lange &#8211; si on le souhaite. Tout est ensuite torr\u00e9fi\u00e9 et moulu individuellement. On n&rsquo;ach\u00e8te du caf\u00e9 emball\u00e9 industriellement que lorsqu&rsquo;on ne peut pas faire autrement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La visite d&rsquo;un torr\u00e9facteur est toujours une grande exp\u00e9rience pour moi. Avant m\u00eame d&rsquo;entrer, l&rsquo;odeur de caf\u00e9 et de cardamome est d\u00e9j\u00e0 incroyablement bonne. La plupart du temps, le torr\u00e9facteur propose, en plus du caf\u00e9, un grand choix de diff\u00e9rentes noix, graines et snacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il \u00e9tait donc grand temps de transformer l&rsquo;une des boissons pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es des Libanais en une d\u00e9licieuse&nbsp;<strong>glace<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; la glace onctueuse au moka et \u00e0 la cardamome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque j&rsquo;ai voulu photographier la glace, j&rsquo;ai recouvert la table de grains de moka entiers et de capsules de cardamome. L&rsquo;effet \u00e9tait fou &#8211; l&rsquo;odeur \u00e9tait si fantastique que je me suis instantan\u00e9ment sentie transport\u00e9e par la pens\u00e9e dans ma torr\u00e9faction
