Et surtout par temps froid, c&rsquo;est ce que je veux &#8211; et ce que beaucoup d&rsquo;autres veulent aussi. Pour que tout le monde puisse profiter de ce plat de l\u00e9gumineuses, cette <strong>recette de rago\u00fbt de pois chiches<\/strong> est v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparation-simple-et-rapide-d-un-ragout-de-pois-chiches\">Pr\u00e9paration simple et rapide d&rsquo;un rago\u00fbt de pois chiches<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque je suis pris d&rsquo;une certaine envie de quelque chose de vrai, d&rsquo;authentique et de chaud, il faut que ce soit <strong>de la cuisine maison<\/strong>. Et en tout cas avec une bonne portion <strong>de riz au beurre<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelle chance que ce rago\u00fbt de pois chiches remplisse tous les crit\u00e8res \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s et me laisse ensuite dans la b\u00e9atitude apr\u00e8s m&rsquo;avoir envelopp\u00e9 dans une couverture chaude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients pour cette recette simple de rago\u00fbt. Vous en avez certainement la plupart dans vos placards. J&rsquo;ai toujours quelques pois chiches sous la main, <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/congeler-des-pois-chiches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">congel\u00e9s<\/a>, en bocaux ou s\u00e9ch\u00e9s (mais je les utilise plut\u00f4t pour les falafels).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement une bouteille de tomates pass\u00e9es au tamis dans mon placard et j&rsquo;ai toujours de l&rsquo;ail sous la main. C&rsquo;est pareil pour vous ? Alors vous pouvez vous lancer. Voici une petite check-list des ingr\u00e9dients bruts que vous trouverez dans la fiche recette avec les d\u00e9tails :   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pois chiches :<\/strong> de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pr\u00e9cuits, que vous n&rsquo;aurez qu&rsquo;\u00e0 rincer rapidement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ail :<\/strong> si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez avoir un ar\u00f4me d&rsquo;ail discret dans le rago\u00fbt, utilisez de l&rsquo;ail frais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coriandre :<\/strong> fra\u00eeche et volontiers abondante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d&rsquo;olive :<\/strong> que vous pouvez utiliser pour la friture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Concentr\u00e9 de tomates<\/strong> et <strong>tomates pass\u00e9es :<\/strong> pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez le bocal \u00e0 la conserve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9pices :<\/strong> des ar\u00f4mes suaves comme la cannelle, le piment et la cardamome apportent une note chaleureuse au plat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous avez tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour le rago\u00fbt de pois chiches ? Alors enfilez votre tablier et rassemblez tous les aliments pour commencer \u00e0 cuisiner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-potee-aux-pois-chiches-une-preparation-simple\">Pot\u00e9e aux pois chiches &#8211; une pr\u00e9paration simple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce plat chaud et rapide convient parfaitement \u00e0 <strong>la cuisine de fin de journ\u00e9e<\/strong>. Et s&rsquo;il vous reste une portion, vous pouvez simplement l&#8217;emporter au travail le lendemain en tant que <strong>Meal Prep<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rago\u00fbt de pois chiches avec du riz au beurre est un <strong>plat<\/strong> v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien qui est en fait v\u00e9g\u00e9talien. Pour la <strong>version v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong>, vous remplacez simplement le beurre par une alternative v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ou vous omettez tout simplement l&rsquo;accompagnement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour la pr\u00e9paration, vous rassemblez tous les ingr\u00e9dients, \u00e9pluchez et coupez les l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites revenir l&rsquo;ail, ajoutez les tomates et les \u00e9pices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajoutez ensuite les pois chiches et la coriandre dans la casserole et laissez mijoter le tout <strong>pendant<\/strong> environ <strong>30 minutes<\/strong> seulement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai servi ce rago\u00fbt d\u00e9licieusement aromatique avec du riz au beurre.
