Je suppose que non. Mais le Levant a lui aussi ce d\u00e9licieux classique dans son sac. Les <strong>roulades de chou libanaises<\/strong> sont la preuve qu&rsquo;il existe aussi une fantastique cuisine maison au bord de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, que l&rsquo;on peut m\u00eame cuisiner de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9gionale et saisonni\u00e8re dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un chou pour les envelopper tous !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si je devais comparer les diff\u00e9rentes variantes de roulades de chou, je dirais que les roulades de chou libanaises sont plut\u00f4t l\u00e9g\u00e8res et fra\u00eeches. Ils me donnent n\u00e9anmoins le sentiment d&rsquo;une cuisine familiale chaleureuse. Les rouleaux de chou sont farcis d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange de viande hach\u00e9e et de riz rond. Si tu ne manges pas de viande, tu peux bien s\u00fbr opter pour l&rsquo;alternative v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Ces d\u00e9licieux rouleaux sont ensuite cuits dans une sauce tomate fra\u00eeche et fruit\u00e9e avec de la menthe s\u00e9ch\u00e9e et une bonne dose d&rsquo;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plus gros probl\u00e8me que je rencontre avec les choux libanais, c&rsquo;est le chou lui-m\u00eame. Je fais toujours le mauvais choix lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de la taille de la casserole. J&rsquo;aime bien fouiller dans le placard et sortir des dizaines de casseroles pour voir dans laquelle je pourrais le mieux pr\u00e9cuire le chou. Sans blague, je deviens parfois si grincheux que j&rsquo;essaie m\u00eame de mettre le chou dans une casserole manifestement trop petite. Je ne sais pas ce qui se passe en moi. Mais peu importe &#8211; le chou doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9cuit et ensuite d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en feuilles individuelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-envelopper-le-chou-ou-envelopper-le-chou\">Envelopper le chou ou envelopper le chou ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que le chou se pr\u00e9sente devant toi en feuilles individuelles, il est temps de les farcir et de les rouler. Les rouleaux de chou libanais sont d&rsquo;ailleurs appel\u00e9s <strong>malfouf mahshi<\/strong> &#8211; \u00ab\u00a0chou farci\u00a0\u00bb. Je trouve que le nom du chou est tr\u00e8s appropri\u00e9. Malfouf signifie en effet \u00ab\u00a0enroul\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est donc un l\u00e9gume qui s&rsquo;enroule sur lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenons aux rouleaux de chou. Si tu as une telle feuille de chou devant toi, il te suffit de mettre un peu de farce au milieu, de replier les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et de l&rsquo;enrouler de bas en haut. Tadaaa &#8211; tu as enroul\u00e9 une roulade. Toutes nos f\u00e9licitations ! Au fond, tout cela est vraiment super facile, mais demande un peu de temps. Mais l&rsquo;effort en vaut vraiment la peine ! D\u00e8s que tu auras enroul\u00e9 tous les choux roul\u00e9s, que tu les auras empil\u00e9s dans la casserole et que tout cela commencera \u00e0 sentir bon, tu seras tellement content. Je cours toujours dans tous les sens avec un fil de bave &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les roulades de chou libanaises sont classiquement accompagn\u00e9es d&rsquo;un peu de yaourt pur. Ici, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 le yaourt directement comme base pour la pr\u00e9sentation. Si tu le souhaites, ajoute un peu de persil hach\u00e9 par-dessus et ton repas bien-\u00eatre est pr\u00eat.
