Non pas parce que le rago\u00fbt de lentilles est difficile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Au contraire ! Mon d\u00e9fi consistait plut\u00f4t \u00e0 photographier cette d\u00e9licieuse pi\u00e8ce de la gastronomie levantine. Les lentilles ne sont pas particuli\u00e8rement photog\u00e9niques &#8211; et je ne suis parfois pas tr\u00e8s patient avec mon sujet. Pourquoi ? Parce que je fais toujours la m\u00eame erreur et que je photographie en ayant faim\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-maman-il-y-a-des-vers-la-dedans\">Maman, il y a des vers l\u00e0-dedans ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, non, aucun ver n&rsquo;est ou n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9 pour ce plat !<br>Avant que ne commence mon amour profond pour ce d\u00e9licieux rago\u00fbt de lentilles appel\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Raschta\u00a0\u00bb, j&rsquo;aimais d\u00e9j\u00e0, enfant, arquer mon sourcil droit lorsque quelque chose ne me plaisait pas (ou que j&rsquo;avais des questions). Bien s\u00fbr, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, c&rsquo;est ainsi que je devais voir les p\u00e2tes \u00e9paisses que j&rsquo;avais amoureusement pr\u00e9par\u00e9es moi-m\u00eame dans le rago\u00fbt, car j&rsquo;avais une phase de vers de terre pendant laquelle j&rsquo;\u00e9tais chaque jour \u00e0 la recherche de ces choses pour les mettre sous le nez de mon entourage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et soudain, on m&rsquo;a servi une assiette de lentilles avec des nouilles dedans. Un jour, ma m\u00e8re m&rsquo;a menac\u00e9 en disant : \u00ab\u00a0Je te le rendrai un jour\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est \u00e7a ! Ce devait \u00eatre le moment de sa vengeance. Avec mon sourcil toujours lev\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai regard\u00e9 mon p\u00e8re qui s&rsquo;est assis \u00e0 la table, m&rsquo;a souhait\u00e9 bon app\u00e9tit et a directement d\u00e9gust\u00e9 cuill\u00e8re apr\u00e8s cuill\u00e8re. Je m&rsquo;\u00e9tirai encore pour voir si le contenu de son assiette ressemblait au mien. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait le cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tres-bien-je-vais-essayer\">Tr\u00e8s bien ! Je vais essayer&#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai continu\u00e9 \u00e0 tourner autour des p\u00e2tes et j&rsquo;ai finalement pris ma premi\u00e8re cuill\u00e8re. L&rsquo;assiette s&rsquo;est vid\u00e9e plus vite que ma m\u00e8re n&rsquo;aurait pu en proposer une autre. Ce rago\u00fbt de lentilles est devenu l&rsquo;un de mes rago\u00fbts pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 cuisiner moi-m\u00eame, j&rsquo;ai encore plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la Raschta. Le rago\u00fbt de lentilles est vraiment tr\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Si je tra\u00eene, il me faut environ 45 minutes. Je pr\u00e9pare d&rsquo;abord les p\u00e2tes. Pour cela, il suffit de p\u00e9trir la farine, l&rsquo;eau et une pinc\u00e9e de sel, de les \u00e9taler et de les couper en lani\u00e8res. C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, je hache rapidement les oignons et l&rsquo;ail et je les fais revenir avec un peu de hachis (\u00e7a marche aussi avec du hachis v\u00e9g\u00e9talien !), j&rsquo;ajoute les lentilles et je d\u00e9glace avec du bouillon de l\u00e9gumes. Ensuite, j&rsquo;assaisonne encore avec de la cannelle, du cumin, du sel et du poivre et apr\u00e8s 20 minutes, j&rsquo;ajoute les nouilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-potee-de-lentilles-du-levant-si-simple-et-si-bon\">Pot\u00e9e de lentilles du Levant : si simple et si bon !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore ce rago\u00fbt de lentilles ! Quelque chose d&rsquo;aussi bon ne doit pas toujours \u00eatre compliqu\u00e9. Raschta me rappelle toujours ce moment de mon enfance et je ne peux m&#8217;emp\u00eacher de sourire \u00e0 chaque fois. J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que je ne t&rsquo;ai pas effray\u00e9 avec cette \u00ab\u00a0histoire de vers\u00a0\u00bb.
