Et pour le <strong>rago\u00fbt de petits pois libanais<\/strong>, tu n&rsquo;as m\u00eame pas besoin de faire un voyage au Levant, car tu peux trouver tous les ingr\u00e9dients facilement, m\u00eame dans le plus petit supermarch\u00e9 du coin. De plus, le rago\u00fbt sera chaud et d\u00e9licieux sur la table en un rien de temps &#8211; c&rsquo;est promis \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-delicieux-ragouts-uniquement-pendant-la-saison-froide\">De d\u00e9licieux rago\u00fbts uniquement pendant la saison froide ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, les rago\u00fbts peuvent \u00eatre servis toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. M\u00eame en \u00e9t\u00e9, quand il fait chaud, je n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 cuisiner de d\u00e9licieux plats maison. Pourquoi ne garder les bonnes choses que pour l&rsquo;automne et l&rsquo;hiver ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Levant, les rago\u00fbts sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement servis avec <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/riz-au-beurre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du riz au beurre<\/a>. Mais <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/boulgour-au-beurre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le boulgour<\/a> est \u00e9galement d\u00e9licieux. C&rsquo;est le cas du yakhnet basella, que l&rsquo;on appelle volontiers \u00ab\u00a0basella\u00a0\u00bb. Tu l&rsquo;as probablement devin\u00e9 : <em>Basella<\/em> signifie <em>pois<\/em> en arabe. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas des pois chiches (qui sont appel\u00e9s houmous), mais des petits pois verts sucr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et puisque nous parlons de douceur et de petites choses&#8230; Quand j&rsquo;\u00e9tais enfant, Basella \u00e9tait l&rsquo;un de mes plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. Et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait aussi le cas de mes fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs. Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, nous \u00e9tions toujours d&rsquo;accord sur les rago\u00fbts de ma maman et nous mangions tout en silence et avec plaisir. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait toujours le cas avec la <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/rago\u00fbt-de-pommes-de-terre-libanaises-avec-kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pot\u00e9e de pommes de terre<\/a> ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/fasolia-rago\u00fbt-de-haricots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fasolia<\/a>, par exemple. Et cela m\u00eame en transpirant en \u00e9t\u00e9 ou avec notre pull pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 en hiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-basella-est-delicieux-avec-du-boeuf-hache-ou-du-hachis-vegetalien\">Basella est d\u00e9licieux avec du b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 ou du hachis v\u00e9g\u00e9talien.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Basella est d&rsquo;ailleurs un super <strong>plat de fin de journ\u00e9e<\/strong>, car la pot\u00e9e de petits pois ne prend pas plus de 40 minutes &#8211; tout compris ! Faites revenir rapidement les oignons et l&rsquo;ail dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, ajoutez le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9, les tomates en bo\u00eete et les petits pois et assaisonnez avec de la cannelle, du sel et du poivre &#8211; c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pendant que le rago\u00fbt mijote encore un peu, tu peux encore pr\u00e9parer le riz au beurre. L&rsquo;autre jour, j&rsquo;ai aussi essay\u00e9 le rago\u00fbt avec<strong> du hachis v\u00e9g\u00e9talien <\/strong>. C&rsquo;est aussi tr\u00e8s bon !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais ind\u00e9pendamment du fait qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;un plat v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, v\u00e9g\u00e9talien ou \u00e0 base de viande, le rago\u00fbt est d\u00e9licieusement sucr\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce aux petits pois, tout en \u00e9tant savoureux et un vrai r\u00e9gal pour le c\u0153ur. Pour ma recette, j&rsquo;aime bien ajouter quelques carottes fines &#8211; je n&rsquo;h\u00e9site donc pas \u00e0 utiliser ce m\u00e9lange de petits pois et de carottes en bo\u00eete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux bien s\u00fbr aussi laisser tomber les carottes et opter pour des petits pois frais ou surgel\u00e9s.
