Bien s\u00fbr, les&nbsp;<strong>macarons \u00e0 la noix de coco<\/strong>&nbsp;ne peuvent pas manquer. Ces macarons n&rsquo;ont pas seulement un fond de chocolat, mais aussi des pistaches hach\u00e9es. Le r\u00e9sultat est absolument d\u00e9licieux ! La recette est rapide et facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-sont-les-macarons-a-la-noix-de-coco\">Que sont les macarons \u00e0 la noix de coco ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors &#8230; si tu n&rsquo;as jamais rencontr\u00e9 cette gourmandise dans ta vie, je vais te le dire &#8211; mais je reste quand m\u00eame sans voix. Les macarons \u00e0 la noix de coco sont de petits biscuits tr\u00e8s moelleux \u00e0 base de&nbsp;<strong>noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/strong>, de&nbsp;<strong>blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/strong>, de&nbsp;<strong>sucre<\/strong>&nbsp;et d&rsquo;un fond de&nbsp;<strong>chocolat noir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour mes macarons \u00e0 la noix de coco, j&rsquo;ai pos\u00e9 les biscuits moelleux directement sur des pistaches hach\u00e9es apr\u00e8s avoir fait fondre le chocolat. En fait, il te suffit de m\u00e9langer la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e avec le sucre et les blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs, de faire chauffer le tout dans une petite casserole ou une marmite et de m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit difficile de remuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La p\u00e2te est alors d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eate et tu peux d\u00e9j\u00e0 former les macarons \u00e0 la noix de coco. Comme la p\u00e2te \u00e0 macarons est collante, il suffit de la fa\u00e7onner avec deux petites cuill\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il suffit de prendre un peu de p\u00e2te avec une cuill\u00e8re et d&rsquo;essayer de former une petite boule avec la deuxi\u00e8me. D\u00e9pose ensuite cette boule sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et fais cuire les macarons \u00e0 la noix de coco&nbsp;<strong>pendant environ 15 minutes \u00e0 160\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les macarons doivent ensuite bien refroidir. Pendant ce temps, tu peux d\u00e9j\u00e0 faire fondre&nbsp;<strong>la couverture de chocolat noir<\/strong>&nbsp;et hacher les&nbsp;<strong>pistaches<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque les macarons \u00e0 la noix de coco ont refroidi, tu peux les prendre par la partie ronde en haut et les tremper bri\u00e8vement dans le chocolat par la partie plate en bas. Mais j&rsquo;ai toujours obtenu des r\u00e9sultats meilleurs et plus moelleux avec la m\u00e9thode que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9crite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conserver-les-macarons-a-la-noix-de-coco\">Conserver les macarons \u00e0 la noix de coco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tu conserves correctement les macarons \u00e0 la noix de coco, ils resteront longtemps frais et juteux ! Donc, supposons qu&rsquo;ils doivent se conserver plus longtemps et qu&rsquo;ils ne soient pas consomm\u00e9s directement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conserve tes macarons \u00e0 la noix de coco et aux pistaches dans un emballage herm\u00e9tique. Soit dans une bonne&nbsp;<strong>bo\u00eete \u00e0 biscuits<\/strong>, soit dans&nbsp;<strong>une bo\u00eete fra\u00eecheur<\/strong>. Tes macarons maison se conservent alors&nbsp;<strong>environ 2 semaines<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
