Derni\u00e8rement, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de modifier un peu un classique. Il en r\u00e9sulte cette d\u00e9licieuse&nbsp;<strong>soupe de poireaux au tahini et \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e<\/strong>. La recette est simple et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-soupe-de-poireaux-pas-comme-les-autres\">Une soupe de poireaux pas comme les autres !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je connais la soupe aux poireaux classique sous la forme d&rsquo;une&nbsp;<strong>soupe au fromage et aux poireaux<\/strong>. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait toujours le cas lorsque quelqu&rsquo;un f\u00eatait un anniversaire ou avait besoin de quelque chose de simple pour une horde d&rsquo;assistants lors d&rsquo;un d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est fini maintenant ! Voici maintenant une version de ce classique que l&rsquo;on peut c\u00e9l\u00e9brer tranquillement pour soi-m\u00eame. Nous laissons tomber le fromage fondu bon march\u00e9 et ajoutons \u00e0 la place du&nbsp;<strong>tahini<\/strong>&nbsp;sain et aux noix dans la soupe aux poireaux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soupe de poireaux au tahini et \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e est donc une r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tation&nbsp;<strong>consistante<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>pleine de noix<\/strong>&nbsp;d&rsquo;un grand classique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparer-correctement-les-poireaux\">Pr\u00e9parer correctement les poireaux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer des poireaux est aussi simple que vari\u00e9. Tu peux faire griller, griller, braiser, r\u00f4tir, cuire au four les longues tiges bulbeuses &#8211; you name it ! Il est seulement important de bien nettoyer le poireau du sable et de la salet\u00e9. Sinon, il y aura du sable dans les rouages &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les poireaux, je veille toujours \u00e0 peler la premi\u00e8re couche et \u00e0 couper la partie sup\u00e9rieure s\u00e8che, \u00e9ventuellement d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9color\u00e9e, au niveau du vert. En effet, je ne veux avoir que la partie bonne et riche du poireau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la soupe de poireaux au tahini et \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e, il te suffit de couper les poireaux en&nbsp;<strong>rondelles<\/strong>&nbsp;et de les laver dans une passoire sous l&rsquo;eau courante jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient bien propres. Ensuite, il suffit de laisser \u00e9goutter les poireaux et de s&rsquo;occuper des autres ingr\u00e9dients de la soupe aux poireaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-soupe-de-poireaux-au-tahini-et-a-la-viande-hachee-est-super-facile-a-faire\">La soupe de poireaux au tahini et \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e est super facile \u00e0 faire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la soupe de poireaux au tahini avec de la viande hach\u00e9e, tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients et le plat est assez vite cuisin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, tu fais revenir un peu d&rsquo;ail dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et tu ajoutes directement la viande hach\u00e9e. Bien entendu, tu peux aussi opter pour une alternative v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e. Il existe aujourd&rsquo;hui un grand choix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, on ajoute directement les poireaux coup\u00e9s et on d\u00e9glace directement avec le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et le tahini. Si tu ne connais pas encore le tahini, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une sorte de beurre ou de pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same, qui est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec 100% de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux m\u00eame&nbsp;<strong>facilement faire<\/strong>&nbsp;du&nbsp;<strong>tahini<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>toi-m\u00eame<\/strong>. Consulte la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-du-tahini-soi-m%C3%AAme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recette<\/a>&nbsp;ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il te suffit ensuite de laisser mijoter la soupe de poireaux au tahini et \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e&nbsp;<strong>pendant environ 20 minutes<\/strong>&nbsp;pour obtenir un repas bien-\u00eatre incroyablement d\u00e9licieux &#8211; tout simplement d\u00e9licieux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je&nbsp;<strong>fais<\/strong>&nbsp;ensuite&nbsp;<strong>griller<\/strong>&nbsp;quelques&nbsp;<strong>graines de s\u00e9same<\/strong>&nbsp;dans une po\u00eale et je les ajoute sur la soupe termin\u00e9e. N&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 ajouter un peu de piquant en saupoudrant la soupe de poireaux de flocons de piment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S&rsquo;il te reste de la soupe ou si tu veux cuisiner \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance pour plus tard,<br>tu peux conserver la soupe de poireaux au tahini bien emball\u00e9e&nbsp;<strong>pendant environ 3 jours<\/strong>&nbsp;au&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/strong>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<strong>la congeler pendant<\/strong><br>\u00e0&nbsp;<strong>6 mois.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je te souhaite
