Elle est super cr\u00e9meuse, velout\u00e9e et incroyablement d\u00e9licieuse ! La recette est en outre super simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-la-fava-au-juste\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la fava au juste ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La fava est traditionnellement une pur\u00e9e de fava (pois), qui se trouve sur les terres volcaniques de l&rsquo;\u00eele grecque&nbsp;<strong>de Santorin<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est pourquoi cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de pois jaunes est \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Fava de Santorin<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La consistance de la cr\u00e8me ressemble un peu \u00e0 celle&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">du houmous<\/a>, mais la pr\u00e9paration et le go\u00fbt sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents. Mais les deux cr\u00e8mes sont d\u00e9finitivement d\u00e9licieuses ! Personnellement, le go\u00fbt de la fava me rappelle totalement celui du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/mujadara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mujadara jaune<\/a>&nbsp;libanais que ma m\u00e8re pr\u00e9parait pour nous avec des lentilles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais pour faire de la fava, tu n&rsquo;as pas forc\u00e9ment besoin de te rendre \u00e0 Santorin pour te procurer des pois jaunes. Ensuite, \u00e0 la maison, nous n&rsquo;avons eu que la d\u00e9licieuse trempette \u00e0 la fava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire une bonne fava, tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients et tu les trouves g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tous au supermarch\u00e9. En plus des pois jaunes \u00e0 \u00e9cosser, il te faut de l&rsquo;ail, des oignons, de la bonne huile d&rsquo;olive, un peu d&rsquo;origan et de thym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si la liste d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients n&rsquo;est pas super fantaisiste, le go\u00fbt va quand m\u00eame t&rsquo;\u00e9pater &#8211; crois-moi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la pr\u00e9paration, j&rsquo;ai effectivement constat\u00e9 des similitudes directes avec la recette du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/mujadara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mujadara<\/a>. Les oignons et l&rsquo;ail sont&nbsp;<strong>grill\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, ce qui leur donne beaucoup de go\u00fbt. On ajoute ensuite les petits pois jaunes et on les fait revenir bri\u00e8vement avant d&rsquo;ajouter le thym et l&rsquo;origan et de d\u00e9glacer le tout avec de l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s similaire \u00e0 la pur\u00e9e de lentilles libanaise. Pour la fava \u00e9galement, les pois jaunes sont cuits jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils deviennent mous et se d\u00e9sagr\u00e8gent presque. Dans le cas des petits pois, il faut toutefois compter environ&nbsp;<strong>50 bonnes minutes<\/strong>&nbsp;pour qu&rsquo;ils soient vraiment bien cuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque les petits pois jaunes sont tendres, on ajoute un peu de jus de citron fra\u00eechement press\u00e9, du sel et du poivre. Et c&rsquo;est tout. Le go\u00fbt intense provient des ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s de l&rsquo;ail et de l&rsquo;oignon et bien s\u00fbr des petits pois jaunes. Le jus de citron rehausse encore l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout ce qu&rsquo;il te reste \u00e0 faire, c&rsquo;est de r\u00e9duire la fava en pur\u00e9e. Ici, tu peux varier la finesse de ta cr\u00e8me de petits pois. Servez ensuite la fava directement avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et du pain croustillant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien emball\u00e9e, la fava se conserve&nbsp;<strong>environ 3 jours<\/strong>&nbsp;au&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je te souhaite beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 essayer et bien s\u00fbr un bon app\u00e9tit !<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr
