{"id":18813,"date":"2020-09-23T10:00:25","date_gmt":"2020-09-23T08:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/mujadara\/"},"modified":"2024-01-19T07:17:59","modified_gmt":"2024-01-19T06:17:59","slug":"mujadara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/mujadara\/","title":{"rendered":"Mujadara &#8211; Pur\u00e9e de lentilles sur salade de tomates et de vinaigre balsamique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Pour moi, <strong>le mujadara<\/strong> n&rsquo;est pas seulement une <strong>pur\u00e9e<\/strong> de lentilles rougeset de riz, pr\u00e9par\u00e9e rapidement et \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt avec quelques ingr\u00e9dients. \u00ab\u00a0<strong>M&rsquo;djaddarra<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb est un sauveur dans la d\u00e9tresse&#8230; Quand le monde ne va pas bien, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;effondre autour de toi et te force finalement \u00e0 quitter ta famille et \u00e0 chercher une nouvelle patrie, tu as besoin d&rsquo;une ancre pour ton esprit et ton c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La patrie peut \u00eatre partout, il suffit de la ressentir.<br>Seule \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, la cuisine peut devenir un refuge et chaque repas un ambassadeur. Mujadara est pour moi un ambassadeur de mon enfance &#8211; une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 mes parents r\u00eavaient que le monde se remette en ordre apr\u00e8s leur fuite du Liban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-modestie-de-mujadara\">La modestie de Mujadara<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des lentilles rouges<\/strong>, <strong>du riz basmati<\/strong> et <strong>des oignons<\/strong> &#8211; c&rsquo;est tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut pour construire un nouveau monde. Un monde que tu construis pour toi \u00e0 partir de ta cuisine et que tu explores en m\u00eame temps. Le voyage est la destination, dit-on &#8211; mais parfois, il n&rsquo;y a rien de plus beau que d&rsquo;arriver quelque part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfant, j&rsquo;adorais quand ma m\u00e8re nous pr\u00e9parait cette<strong> pur\u00e9e de lentilles v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/strong>. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais \u00e9tonn\u00e9e du peu de gestes qu&rsquo;il lui fallait pour pr\u00e9parer le mujadara. Elle mettait les lentilles, un peu de riz et de l&rsquo;eau dans une casserole. A c\u00f4t\u00e9, elle a fait griller des oignons dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et a finalement m\u00e9lang\u00e9 le tout. Il me suffisait de dire que j&rsquo;avais faim et le mujadara \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00eat et sur la table. Les lentilles cr\u00e9meuses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9es par une simple <strong>salade<\/strong> de <strong>tomates<\/strong>, <strong>d&rsquo;oignons<\/strong> et <strong>de vinaigre<\/strong>. \u00ab\u00a0M&rsquo;djaddarra adore le vinaigre, donne-lui une gorg\u00e9e et elle te rendra heureux\u00a0\u00bb, disait ma m\u00e8re. Et elle a raison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comme-un-baiser-affectueux-sur-la-tete\">Comme un baiser affectueux sur la t\u00eate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand elle entend parler de Mujadara, ma m\u00e8re pense \u00e0 ma Teta (grand-m\u00e8re).<br>Quand elle a re\u00e7u la recette d&rsquo;elle, son monde \u00e9tait encore en ordre. Enfant, ma m\u00e8re aimait cueillir des figues dans le jardin, les apporter \u00e0 table et recevoir un baiser sur la t\u00eate de la part de sa m\u00e8re. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, loin, \u00e0 la fois dans le temps et dans l&rsquo;espace, chaque assiette de mujadara est pour ma m\u00e8re un de ces baisers sur la t\u00eate &#8211; dans son refuge
