Bien rustique, mais d\u00e9licieusement frais et fruit\u00e9. Et servi avec du riz au beurre aromatique, c&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable festival de saveurs. La recette est vraiment tr\u00e8s&nbsp;<strong>simple<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>rapide<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-qu-un-ragout-de-tomates-libanais\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;un rago\u00fbt de tomates libanais ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme son nom l&rsquo;indique, le rago\u00fbt de tomates est un rago\u00fbt de tomates fruit\u00e9es. On y ajoute de la viande hach\u00e9e r\u00f4tie (veggie, \u00e7a marche aussi), un peu de cannelle et du sirop de grenade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En arabe, le rago\u00fbt s&rsquo;appelle \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Yakhnit Banadura<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb et est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement servi avec un d\u00e9licieux&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/riz-au-beurre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">riz au beurre<\/a>. En arabe, \u00ab\u00a0<strong>banadura<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00a0\u00bb&nbsp;<strong>tomate<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0<strong>yakhnit<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb \u00ab\u00a0<strong>rago\u00fbt<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. Le go\u00fbt du rago\u00fbt de tomates rappelle un peu celui d&rsquo;une d\u00e9licieuse sauce bolognaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-n-utiliser-que-les-meilleures-tomates\">N&rsquo;utiliser que les meilleures tomates !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rago\u00fbt de tomates libanais ne n\u00e9cessite pas beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients. En revanche, tu dois veiller \u00e0 utiliser de tr\u00e8s bons ingr\u00e9dients. Je ne choisis donc pas les tomates les moins ch\u00e8res du rayon, mais je veille \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient&nbsp;<strong>de bonne qualit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les&nbsp;<strong>tomates pel\u00e9es<\/strong>&nbsp;de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure en conserve sont les plus appropri\u00e9es, mais tu peux bien s\u00fbr aussi opter pour des tomates fra\u00eeches de ton jardin. Mais en r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les tomates pel\u00e9es et en conserve ont un ar\u00f4me plus intense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le&nbsp;<strong>sirop de grenade<\/strong>&nbsp;apporte une dose suppl\u00e9mentaire de fruit\u00e9. En fonction de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9, le sirop apporte \u00e9galement une touche de douceur et rehausse l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me du rago\u00fbt de tomates libanais. Si tu n&rsquo;as pas de sirop de grenade ou si tu n&rsquo;en trouves pas, tu peux le remplacer par du vinaigre balsamique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas la m\u00eame chose, mais c&rsquo;est ce qui s&rsquo;en rapproche le plus. Il te suffit de faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, d&rsquo;ajouter le hachis et de d\u00e9glacer avec les tomates et le sirop de grenade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assaisonnez encore avec du sel, du poivre et de la cannelle et laissez mijoter bri\u00e8vement. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s tout. Juste avant la fin, ajouter de la coriandre fra\u00eeche hach\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que le rago\u00fbt de tomates mijote, tu peux d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9parer le riz au beurre.
