On ne peut plus se passer de cette p\u00e2tisserie moelleuse \u00e0 base de levure. Et parce que c&rsquo;est si simple, voici la MEILLEURE recette de&nbsp;<strong>brioches \u00e0 la cannelle v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes<\/strong>. Je sais que la meilleure recette se trouve sur de nombreux blogs alimentaires et tu te demandes certainement ce qui est diff\u00e9rent ou meilleur dans celle-ci ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pate-levee-vegetalienne\">P\u00e2te lev\u00e9e v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e souple, les \u0153ufs ne sont pas essentiels. M\u00eame si beaucoup pensent qu&rsquo;une p\u00e2te n&rsquo;est moelleuse que si elle contient quelques \u0153ufs. Cette p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e te convaincra qu&rsquo;il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de se passer d&rsquo;\u0153ufs. Il y a cependant quelques r\u00e8gles de base que tu dois suivre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ta p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e ne doit pas \u00eatre trop s\u00e8che. Si tu presses l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la p\u00e2te avec ton doigt, elle devrait revenir souple.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te ! Tu dois p\u00e9trir ta p\u00e2te lev\u00e9e suffisamment longtemps pour que le gluten puisse se d\u00e9ployer et former des boudins. Ces brins de gluten retiennent les bulles d&rsquo;air qui se forment lors du processus de fermentation de la levure et rendent la p\u00e2te moelleuse. Si tes mains sont trop faibles ou si tu n&rsquo;as tout simplement pas envie de rouler la p\u00e2te, tu peux bien s\u00fbr simplement te faire aider par un robot de cuisine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les ingr\u00e9dients doivent \u00eatre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour qu&rsquo;ils puissent mieux se combiner lors du p\u00e9trissage. Pour la levure, il ne doit cependant pas faire trop chaud. Pour qu&rsquo;elle puisse faire son travail, sa temp\u00e9rature doit se situer entre 25 \u00b0C et 40 \u00b0C. La levure ne doit pas \u00eatre trop chaude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu suis ces conseils, tes brioches v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes \u00e0 la cannelle seront tout simplement divines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-garniture-des-escargots-a-la-cannelle\">La garniture des escargots \u00e0 la cannelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La garniture des Cinnamon Rolls peut \u00eatre discut\u00e9e. De mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s classique, elle est faite avec du sucre, du beurre et de la cannelle. Ici, le beurre est simplement remplac\u00e9 par de la margarine et j&rsquo;y glisse quelques noix de p\u00e9can. J&rsquo;aime qu&rsquo;il y ait quelques noix fra\u00eeches dans les escargots. Mais tu peux bien s\u00fbr aussi utiliser des noisettes ou des noix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour plus d&rsquo;ar\u00f4me, tu peux faire griller bri\u00e8vement les noix dans une po\u00eale sans mati\u00e8re grasse. Et au lieu du sucre cristallis\u00e9, tu peux aussi utiliser du sucre brun. Car celui-ci a une d\u00e9licieuse note de caramel qui se marie parfaitement avec les noix de p\u00e9can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-givre\">Le givre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Et qu&rsquo;en est-il du Frosting, tu te demandes certainement ? Eh bien, je l&rsquo;ai simplement laiss\u00e9 de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, je n&rsquo;aime pas trop \u00e7a. Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de fromage frais ou d&rsquo;un simple gla\u00e7age sur les brioches v\u00e9g\u00e9taliennes \u00e0 la cannelle. Au lieu de la douceur, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour le sel ! Oui, du sel. L&rsquo;autre jour, en vacances, j&rsquo;ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 des brioches \u00e0 la levure qui n&rsquo;avaient qu&rsquo;un l\u00e9ger go\u00fbt de cannelle et qui \u00e9taient surmont\u00e9es de quelques flocons de gros sel. J&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je devais profiter de cette inspiration pour cr\u00e9er ma propre recette. S&rsquo;il te pla\u00eet, n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;essayer. Si tu n&rsquo;as pas encore os\u00e9, laisse tomber quelques flocons sur un ou deux escargots \u00e0 la cannelle &#8211; juste pour go\u00fbter. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich. Meine andere Lieblingsk\u00fcche ist definitiv die levantinische. Frische Kr\u00e4uter, aromatische Gew\u00fcrze, viel Gem\u00fcse und fluffig-knuspriges Fladenbrot. Dazu immer ein Dip oder eine w\u00fcrzige Sauce \u2013 gutes Essen macht mich einfach gl\u00fccklich.
