La recette est tr\u00e8s simple et le go\u00fbt te surprendra, c&rsquo;est promis !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-farce-de-riz-pour-une-occasion-speciale\">Farce de riz pour une occasion sp\u00e9ciale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le hashweh est \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine un&nbsp;<strong>riz \u00e9pic\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;avec des fruits secs, de la viande hach\u00e9e et des noix hach\u00e9es, qui \u00e9tait pr\u00e9par\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>pour farcir<\/strong>&nbsp;par exemple du poulet r\u00f4ti ou m\u00eame des gigots d&rsquo;agneau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nom m\u00eame de la&nbsp;<strong>farce de riz<\/strong>&nbsp;Hashweh signifie litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab\u00a0<strong>farce<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb en arabe. Et c&rsquo;est une farce vraiment incroyablement d\u00e9licieuse, que l&rsquo;on sert volontiers nature. Enfin, regarde un peu le riz \u00e9pic\u00e9. Je trouve qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;a pas besoin de se cacher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, chaque famille a sa propre recette, et c&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s bien ainsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-faire-du-hashweh-soi-meme-est-tres-simple\">Faire du hashweh soi-m\u00eame est tr\u00e8s simple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En fait, la pr\u00e9paration du riz \u00e9pic\u00e9 est super simple ! Tout d&rsquo;abord, tu fais revenir de la viande hach\u00e9e (les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens peuvent aussi le faire) dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive avec un peu d&rsquo;ail et d&rsquo;oignons. Pour obtenir un ar\u00f4me particulier, je fais griller directement la moiti\u00e9 des \u00e9pices \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On ajoute ensuite du riz basmati lav\u00e9 avec le reste des \u00e9pices et on d\u00e9glace simplement avec de l&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est en effet tr\u00e8s important de laver le riz, car c&rsquo;est la seule fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer l&rsquo;amidon exc\u00e9dentaire. Ainsi, le riz reste plus l\u00e9ger et ne colle pas autant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, le riz peut cuire doucement et lentement avec le hachis et les \u00e9pices, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;eau soit compl\u00e8tement absorb\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;ailleurs, on y met beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9pices. Parmi elles, on trouve par exemple<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de coriandre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clous de girofle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cardamome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannelle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De temps en temps, tu dois a\u00e9rer le hashweh avec une fourchette pour que le riz cuise de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne et que les ar\u00f4mes se r\u00e9partissent mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que le riz cuit, tu peux te consacrer \u00e0 l&rsquo;importante garniture de noix grill\u00e9es et de fruits secs. J&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour des&nbsp;<strong>amandes<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>des pignons<\/strong>. Mais tu peux aussi utiliser des noix ou des noix de cajou. Il suffit de les faire griller bri\u00e8vement \u00e0 la po\u00eale jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles d\u00e9gagent une l\u00e9g\u00e8re odeur, puis de les hacher grossi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les fruits secs du hashweh, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des&nbsp;<strong>figues<\/strong>&nbsp;s\u00e9ch\u00e9es,&nbsp;<strong>des raisins secs<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>des abricots<\/strong>. Ici aussi, tu peux bien s\u00fbr varier \u00e0 ta guise. Il suffit ensuite d&rsquo;incorporer d\u00e9licatement les noix et les fruits secs au riz ou de les ajouter sur le dessus en guise de garniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;adore cette d\u00e9licieuse combinaison de riz d\u00e9licieusement \u00e9pic\u00e9, avec des noix croquantes et des fruits secs sucr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-il-est-temps-de-servir-la-farce-de-riz-en-solo\">Il est temps de servir la farce de riz en solo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme nous l&rsquo;avons dit, le hashweh ne doit pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme farce, mais il est aussi fantastique comme accompagnement d\u00e9licieux, par exemple pour le poulet r\u00f4ti ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les kebabs<\/a>&nbsp;libanais. Mais tu peux aussi simplement donner au riz aux \u00e9pices le r\u00f4le principal et l&rsquo;accompagner de&nbsp;<strong>yaourt<\/strong>&nbsp;frais et de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/taboul%C3%A9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>salade<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;\u00e0 servir avec du riz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je te souhaite beaucoup
