Ces p\u00e2tes sont certes tr\u00e8s&nbsp;<strong>rapides<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>faciles<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, mais elles ont tout de m\u00eame un petit quelque chose en plus. Je n&rsquo;aurais jamais pens\u00e9 que le potiron et les figues se marient si bien. Les p\u00e2tes sont agr\u00e9ment\u00e9es de&nbsp;<strong>feta<\/strong>&nbsp;et d&rsquo;une bonne dose de m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices levantin.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-un-zaatar-soi-m%C3%AAme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Za&rsquo;atar<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-courge-rencontre-la-figue\">La courge rencontre la figue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, la particularit\u00e9 de ces&nbsp;<strong>p\u00e2tes<\/strong>&nbsp;d\u00e9licieuses et rapides \u00e0 faire est la combinaison de la&nbsp;<strong>courge<\/strong>&nbsp;aux noix et&nbsp;<strong>des figues<\/strong>&nbsp;fruit\u00e9es. Cette combinaison est n\u00e9e lorsqu&rsquo;il me restait encore un peu de courge du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/yoghourt-au-citron-zhug-de-courge-de-four\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">four<\/a>. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que m&rsquo;est venue l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de ce d\u00e9licieux&nbsp;<strong>plat d&rsquo;automne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai donc simplement coup\u00e9 la citrouille en petits morceaux et l&rsquo;ai fait revenir \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec un peu d&rsquo;ail et d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Pour donner un peu de piquant, j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 un peu de p\u00e2te de piment fort&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-%C3%A0-l'eau-de-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Harissa<\/a>. Tu peux aussi la laisser de c\u00f4t\u00e9 ou hacher du piment frais et donner ainsi un peu de piquant \u00e0 tes p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la courge et aux figues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s que la courge est tendre, on ajoute les figues fra\u00eeches dans la po\u00eale. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur propre&nbsp;<strong>fructose<\/strong>, elles caram\u00e9lisent en rissolant et donnent au plat une douceur vraiment tr\u00e8s savoureuse. Cela se marie parfaitement avec le go\u00fbt de la courge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux d&rsquo;ailleurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 faire cuire les p\u00e2tes, car tu as encore besoin d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;eau de p\u00e2tes r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e pour lier la sauce et la rendre bien cr\u00e9meuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant que la courge cuit et que les figues caram\u00e9lisent, on ajoute une portion du m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices orientales Za&rsquo;atar. Ce m\u00e9lange de&nbsp;<strong>thym<\/strong>&nbsp;sauvage et de&nbsp;<strong>s\u00e9same<\/strong>&nbsp;se marie \u00e0 merveille avec les p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la courge et aux figues. Si tu n&rsquo;as pas de Za&rsquo;atar sous la main, tu peux bien s\u00fbr utiliser du thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et un peu de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour finir, tu ajoutes l&rsquo;<strong>eau des p\u00e2<\/strong>&nbsp;tes et tu m\u00e9langes les p\u00e2tes directement avec la sauce. Personnellement, je laisse toujours les p\u00e2tes tremper quelques minutes de plus dans la sauce pour que tout se m\u00e9lange bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que les p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la courge et aux figues sont dispos\u00e9es sur l&rsquo;assiette, il est temps d&rsquo;\u00e9mietter la feta par-dessus. Si tu le souhaites, tu peux \u00e9galement garnir les p\u00e2tes d&rsquo;un peu plus de za&rsquo;atar et de persil fra\u00eechement hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je te souhaite beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0
