Rien que d&rsquo;y penser, \u00e7a me fait chaud au c\u0153ur. Le petit d\u00e9jeuner peut \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9 de p\u00e2tes. Oui, tu lis bien ! Mais pour ces p\u00e2tes, tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin de p\u00e2tes, mais de pain pita. C&rsquo;est ainsi que l&rsquo;on obtient le Harr Usbah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harr quoi ?! Harr Usbah est un plat \u00e0 base de pain plat froiss\u00e9 dans une sauce tomate super savoureuse avec de l&rsquo;ail, de la menthe et une pinc\u00e9e de cannelle. Et au Liban, par exemple, ce plat est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement servi au petit-d\u00e9jeuner. C&rsquo;est en effet \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que l&rsquo;on r\u00e9utilise les restes de la galette de la semaine. Il n&rsquo;est pas question de gaspiller. Le pain rassis se transforme alors plus facilement en d\u00e9licieuses p\u00e2tes pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Levant, le pain pita fait partie des aliments de base et remplace souvent les couverts. On d\u00e9chire un morceau de pain pita et on prend ensuite son repas avec ou on le trempe dans du <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\">houmous<\/a> cr\u00e9meux ou <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/baba-ghanoush-cr\u00e8me-d'aubergines\/\" target=\"_blank\">du baba ghanoush<\/a>. On peut s&rsquo;imaginer que l&rsquo;on plie des petites pelles avec du pain pita. Et on s&rsquo;en sert ensuite pour pelleter la nourriture, pelle comprise, dans sa bouche. Pratique, non ? \ud83d\ude42 Mais il reste souvent beaucoup de petits morceaux de pain pita. Mais pour ne pas gaspiller le pain pita, il y a souvent \u00e0 la fin de la semaine un repas de restes de grande classe : Harr Usbah, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire du pain pita \u00e0 la sauce tomate !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette est tr\u00e8s simple, ne n\u00e9cessite pas beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients et est pr\u00eate en 30 minutes environ.
