Je suis l&rsquo;heureux papa de deux chiens fantastiques et je fonctionne parfois int\u00e9rieurement comme un chat psychotique. De plus, Willi (l&rsquo;un de mes chiens) est en fait un chat trans. Je ne vois pas d&rsquo;inconv\u00e9nient \u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il se pavane soudain sur le dossier du canap\u00e9 et s&rsquo;y couche pour se l\u00e9cher les pattes comme un chat. En plus de ce comportement un peu \u00e9trange pour un chien, il est extr\u00eamement difficile en mati\u00e8re de nourriture. Si sa nourriture pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e ne se trouve pas dans la gamelle, celle-ci reste pleine et il s&rsquo;en va en se pavanant, ce qui est bon pour la vorace Maya. Il renifle tout de m\u00eame avec curiosit\u00e9 le bil Hamod d&rsquo;Ada, qui signifie en arabe \u00ab\u00a0lentilles au citron\u00a0\u00bb ou simplement \u00ab\u00a0lentilles acidul\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb. Heureusement, il ne peut pas sauter sur le comptoir de la cuisine comme un chat&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lentilles-blettes-et-citron\">Lentilles, blettes et citron<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui fait vraiment la diff\u00e9rence pour moi dans le rago\u00fbt de lentilles et de blettes, c&rsquo;est la fra\u00eecheur du citron. Le rago\u00fbt est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger, mais le jus de citron frais rend le rago\u00fbt vraiment estival au niveau du go\u00fbt. J&rsquo;adore le go\u00fbt de terre des blettes, surtout lorsqu&rsquo;elles sont combin\u00e9es avec du citron. Pour ce rago\u00fbt, tu n&rsquo;as pas besoin de beaucoup d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients et tu les trouves tous au supermarch\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de chez toi. La cuisine du Levant n&rsquo;est pas pleine d'\u00a0\u00bbaliments exotiques\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus des lentilles, des blettes, des pommes de terre et du citron, tu as seulement besoin d&rsquo;oignon, d&rsquo;ail et de coriandre. Tu assaisonnes le tout d&rsquo;une pinc\u00e9e de cannelle, de sel et de poivre. Et c&rsquo;est tout. Et comme les rago\u00fbts cuisent quasiment tout seuls, tu peux les regarder bouillonner et te r\u00e9jouir d&rsquo;un comfort food \u00e0 la fois chaud et frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
