Avec cette recette, elle sera fra\u00eeche, fruit\u00e9e et onctueuse ! Mais ce ne serait pas une recette Bistro Badia si la soupe \u00e0 la tomate n&rsquo;avait pas au moins une ou deux particularit\u00e9s. La premi\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;ai go\u00fbt\u00e9 cette soupe, j&rsquo;ai juste pens\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0%#$ encore une fois, c&rsquo;est g\u00e9nial\u00a0\u00bb ! Oublie donc ce truc en bo\u00eete et offre-toi quelque chose de fait \u00e0 la main ! Ce sera vraiment bon, je te le promets !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tomates et le chant de la glace et du feu &#8230;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne t&rsquo;inqui\u00e8te pas, il n&rsquo;y aura pas de cavaliers blancs ou de dragons qui te tomberont dessus maintenant. Il s&rsquo;agit toujours d&rsquo;une soupe fruit\u00e9e \u00e0 la tomate (Hodor !!). Mais il y a quand m\u00eame un peu de feu. Outre les \u00e9pices comme le cumin, la cannelle, la cardamome et la coriandre, une bonne dose de p\u00e2te de piment fort&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/harissa-%C3%A0-l'eau-de-rose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Harissa<\/a>&nbsp;sommeille dans la soupe et apporte son piquant savoureux. Et la glace ? La soupe de tomates est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin par de la menthe hach\u00e9e qui, en plus de son excellent ar\u00f4me, apporte une touche de fra\u00eecheur \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble. La glace et le feu, justement&#8230; Bon, j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les bornes &#8211; passons au chapitre suivant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des haricots blancs beurr\u00e9s et des cro\u00fbtons croustillants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurr\u00e9 et croustillant, cr\u00e9meux et fruit\u00e9, ardent et frais &#8211; quel m\u00e9lange royal ! (A\u00efe !)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j&rsquo;aime aussi dans cette soupe \u00e0 la tomate, ce sont les haricots blancs qui sont ajout\u00e9s juste avant le g\u00e9n\u00e9rique de fin et qui peuvent encore mac\u00e9rer un peu dans la soupe \u00e0 la tomate. En tant que garniture rassasiante, ils ne donnent pas seulement plus de \u00ab\u00a0nourriture\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 la soupe, mais convainquent aussi par leur consistance cr\u00e9meuse et beurr\u00e9e et te donnent en plus un petit coup de pouce en prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le dessus, il y a encore des cro\u00fbtons de pain grill\u00e9 ou de pain rassis affin\u00e9s avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et du za&rsquo;atar. Au final, c&rsquo;est un petit spectacle de saveurs qui t&rsquo;attend.
