Eh bien, les k\u00f6fte vont tout de m\u00eame dans la bonne direction, mais les boulettes de viande se distinguent par les \u00e9pices. Et c&rsquo;est justement la version turque et non la version libanaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que la kafta ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La kafta est l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent libanais de la <strong>fricadelle<\/strong> allemande, des <strong>k\u00f6fte<\/strong> turcs ou des <strong>\u0106evap\u010di\u0107i<\/strong> des Balkans. La <strong>recette de base<\/strong> est tr\u00e8s changeante et trouve sa place dans les plats les plus divers. Que ce soit <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta-avec-l\u00e9gumes-au-four\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">au four avec des tomates et des tranches de pommes de terre<\/a>, sous forme de boulettes ovales au barbecue, cach\u00e9es dans du pain pita ou<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/kafta-\u00e0-la-sauce-tomate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> dans une sauce tomate cors\u00e9e<\/a>, les brochettes de kebab \u00e9pic\u00e9es sont toujours les bienvenues dans mon assiette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La recette de base<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la recette de base de ma famille, il te faut<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hachis de b\u0153uf ou d&rsquo;agneau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oignons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>persil plat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sirop de grenade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sel et poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;avantage du kafta, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il se pr\u00e9pare <strong>rapidement<\/strong>: l&rsquo;oignon et le persil sont hach\u00e9s en un clin d&rsquo;\u0153il, on y ajoute de la viande hach\u00e9e fra\u00eeche, une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9pices et d&rsquo;herbes et voil\u00e0 ta pr\u00e9paration de base. Tu ne peux pas pr\u00e9chauffer le gril ou le four plus rapidement. Tu peux ensuite enfiler la masse directement sur des brochettes ou former des boulettes et les faire cuire. Ce qui t&rsquo;attend alors est une <strong>grenade au go\u00fbt<\/strong> absolu. Les suspects habituels sur le gril paraissent vite ennuyeux. Surtout si tu sers la kafta avec un bon morceau de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/hummus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">houmous<\/a> et une portion de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/taboul\u00e9\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">taboul\u00e9<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le tuyau secret<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je recommande les <strong>oignons de sumac<\/strong>. Le sumac est une \u00e9pice un peu acidul\u00e9e obtenue \u00e0 partir des baies de sumac. Les oignons de sumac fruit\u00e9s, acidul\u00e9s et \u00e2pres se marient parfaitement avec le kafta.
