Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas du tout le cas ! Et le mieux, c&rsquo;est que si on se lance soi-m\u00eame, on peut cr\u00e9er son propre m\u00e9lange. J&rsquo;ai tout simplement tout pass\u00e9 en revue et j&rsquo;ai compos\u00e9 mon best of personnel. Un Granola Blend by Bistro Badia, pour ainsi dire. Les pistaches, les flocons de noix de coco, la cannelle et la cardamome ne doivent en aucun cas manquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le granola et de quoi as-tu besoin pour le pr\u00e9parer ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si je vais probablement me faire r\u00e9primander par tous les experts en muesli, je le dis quand m\u00eame : le granola est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une sorte de muesli. Mais on peut tout de m\u00eame faire une petite distinction. Il serait peut-\u00eatre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable que je dise que le granola est un&nbsp;<strong>muesli cuit au four<\/strong>&nbsp;ou un&nbsp;<strong>muesli croustillant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le c\u0153ur du pain est constitu\u00e9 de flocons d&rsquo;avoine qui sont bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9s avec du miel et un peu d&rsquo;huile, puis cuits au four jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient croustillants. Le m\u00e9lange avec le miel (tu peux aussi utiliser du sirop d&rsquo;agave) fait que les flocons se collent et forment des clusters. Une fois que les flocons d&rsquo;avoine ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cuits et refroidis, tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 un granola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remarque : pour un granola classique, tu n&rsquo;as besoin que de flocons d&rsquo;avoine, de miel ou de sirop d&rsquo;agave et d&rsquo;huile.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu peux ensuite utiliser les flocons croustillants pour garnir des smoothies ou des desserts. Personnellement, j&rsquo;aime aussi beaucoup utiliser le granola comme substitut au muesli et y verser un peu de boisson \u00e0 l&rsquo;avoine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ton propre m\u00e9lange : c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que \u00e7a devient passionnant !<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La variante de base est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licieuse, mais il est possible de donner au Granola une saveur incroyable. Tu peux vraiment laisser libre cours \u00e0 ton imagination. Ajoute des noix, des graines, des p\u00e9pins, des fruits secs et des \u00e9pices selon tes envies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques exemples de ce que tu pourrais mettre dans ton granola :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cacahu\u00e8tes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Noix de p\u00e9can<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Noix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Noisettes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pistaches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Macadamia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flocons de noix de coco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de lin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de chia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raisins secs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Figues, s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de tournesol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graines de courge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pignons de pin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cannelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cardamome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel de mer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nibs de cacao<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La liste n&rsquo;est bien s\u00fbr pas exhaustive et je suis s\u00fbre que tu as encore tes propres favoris. Une fois que tu as tout rassembl\u00e9, il ne te reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 m\u00e9langer tous les composants dans un saladier, \u00e0 les placer sur une plaque de cuisson et \u00e0 les faire cuire. Et c&rsquo;est tout. Ta cuisine d\u00e9gagera une odeur incroyablement d\u00e9licieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Granola by Bistro Badia &#8211; mon m\u00e9lange personnel pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette suivante est mon m\u00e9lange de granola personnel. J&rsquo;aime le go\u00fbt des noix et je l&rsquo;ai donc enrichi de diff\u00e9rentes noix. J&rsquo;y ajoute \u00e9galement des graines de s\u00e9same, de tournesol et de potiron. J&rsquo;aime particuli\u00e8rement le go\u00fbt et l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me des flocons de noix de coco, surtout en association avec la cardamome et la cannelle. Je voulais que mon m\u00e9lange personnel rappelle un peu le baklava aux noix. Si tu veux intensifier cela, tu peux m\u00eame ajouter une ou deux gouttes d&rsquo;eau de rose. Quoi qu&rsquo;il en soit : Je suis s\u00fbre que tu as d\u00e9j\u00e0 en t\u00eate le m\u00e9lange qui te convient &#8211; ou que tu vas simplement essayer le mien.
