Elles sont rapides \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, d\u00e9licieuses et peuvent parfois remplacer un repas principal. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, j&rsquo;aime beaucoup les salades de haricots ti\u00e8des, car l&rsquo;assaisonnement peut alors bien p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les haricots et les faire mariner. Cela a d\u00e9j\u00e0 parfaitement fonctionn\u00e9 avec la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/salade-de-gros-haricots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salade de haricots blancs<\/a>. Les salades sont aussi diff\u00e9rentes que les haricots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ti\u00e8de, d\u00e9licieusement noisette et pourtant super frais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vois souvent les haricots princesses en accompagnement, avec du lard enroul\u00e9 dans une pur\u00e9e super consistante et un r\u00f4ti juteux avec une sauce qui d\u00e9chire. J&rsquo;aime, j&rsquo;adore ! Mais les tiges vertes sont \u00e9galement excellentes dans une salade de haricots ti\u00e8de, mais d\u00e9licieusement fra\u00eeche ! Lorsque tous les ar\u00f4mes s&rsquo;impr\u00e8gnent et se m\u00e9langent. M\u00e9ga !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, je pr\u00e9pare la vinaigrette ou devrais-je plut\u00f4t dire la marinade ? Avec du jus de citron frais, du zeste de citron, de l&rsquo;ail et de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, on obtient d\u00e9j\u00e0 une base fruit\u00e9e et savoureuse. Un peu de miel compl\u00e8te le tout et apporte son propre caract\u00e8re, selon la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 choisie. Il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 blanchir bri\u00e8vement les haricots, \u00e0 les sortir de l&rsquo;eau et \u00e0 les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la vinaigrette. Pour garnir la salade de haricots, ajoutez quelques pignons de pin grill\u00e9s (j&rsquo;adore les ar\u00f4mes grill\u00e9s !) et des feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeche.
