Quand je ne mets pas de sucre sur mes betteraves (oui, je le fais vraiment et c&rsquo;est d\u00e9licieux !), j&rsquo;aime beaucoup en faire une salade de betteraves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je n&rsquo;aime pas seulement les petits tubercules rouges pour leur go\u00fbt, mais aussi parce qu&rsquo;ils me permettent de faire une bonne blague \u00e0 au moins une personne. C&rsquo;est particuli\u00e8rement utile pour Halloween. Mais aussi \u00e0 chaque fois que j&rsquo;ai envie de faire peur \u00e0 mon entourage. Tu vois ce que je veux dire : les betteraves rouges d\u00e9teignent bien et on pourrait croire qu&rsquo;on s&rsquo;est poignard\u00e9 soi-m\u00eame apr\u00e8s les avoir pr\u00e9par\u00e9es. *Cela n&rsquo;est encore jamais arriv\u00e9, tape trois fois sur du bois ; crache crache crache*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une salade de betteraves rouges a toujours un aspect un peu diff\u00e9rent chez moi, car j&rsquo;aime regarder ce que j&rsquo;ai encore dans le r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et j&rsquo;en pr\u00e9pare souvent spontan\u00e9ment. L&rsquo;utilisation des restes par excellence ! Mais ces derniers temps, une variante m&rsquo;a vraiment s\u00e9duite. J&rsquo;avais encore quelques pois chiches cuits en trop. Alors ? Exactement, on les met dedans ! Des noix ? On les met dedans ! De la feta ? Une de mes amies m&rsquo;a dit un jour que la feta \u00e9tait pour elle le nouveau ketchup : il faut en mettre partout. Alors autant en mettre ! Encore un peu de menthe et de persil, un peu de carotte et la salade est pr\u00eate. Il ne manque plus que la vinaigrette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas utiliser une vinaigrette fine avec du citron et de l&rsquo;huile, mais de concocter une cr\u00e8me \u00e0 base de yaourt, de tahini, de citron et d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. La texture cr\u00e9meuse est vraiment fantastique avec la betterave rouge, les pois chiches tendres et les noix croquantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tu as besoin d&rsquo;un argument suppl\u00e9mentaire, la pr\u00e9paration prend au maximum 20 minutes &#8211; si tu es lent. \ud83d\ude09<br>Et si tu cherches d&rsquo;autres salades d\u00e9licieuses et rapides, tu devrais
