Mais le nom de Lahm bi Ajin n&rsquo;est pas connu de tous ceux qui n&rsquo;ont pas visit\u00e9 les pays levantins ou qui n&rsquo;y ont pas leurs racines.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wie-wird-lahm-bi-ajin-zubereitet\">Comment pr\u00e9parer le Lahm bi Ajin?<\/h2>\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9paration de la recette est assez simple. Il suffit de pr\u00e9parer une p\u00e2te et de mixer une masse de viande ensemble. Pour moi, la pizza est un plat que j&rsquo;aime pr\u00e9parer le week-end &#8211; volontiers avec des amis pour une soir\u00e9e cuisine.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Pour la p\u00e2te, vous avez certainement tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut dans votre r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Tu as besoin des <strong>ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> suivants:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Farine de bl\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Levure s\u00e8che<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lait<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sucre, sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Pour la garniture, c&rsquo;est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un peu plus exotique:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hachis de b\u0153uf ou d&rsquo;agneau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2NwVHvQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cannelle<\/a>, sel, poivre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/37mxVdG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sirop de grenade<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Voici comment pr\u00e9parer les galettes de p\u00e2te:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour la p\u00e2te, on pr\u00e9pare une eau de levure avec du sucre, de la levure et de l&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le m\u00e9lange de levure est ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 la farine et p\u00e9trit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les autres ingr\u00e9dients sont ajout\u00e9s et p\u00e9tris jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te \u00e9lastique qui doit ensuite reposer pendant 90 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour la garniture, couper l&rsquo;oignon et les tomates en petits d\u00e9s et les assaisonner avec les \u00e9pices et le sirop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La p\u00e2te est divis\u00e9e en plus petits morceaux et doit \u00e0 nouveau lever.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le four est pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9, les p\u00e2tons sont \u00e9tal\u00e9s et recouverts de la pr\u00e9paration hach\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les Lahm bi Ajin sont cuits soit sur une pierre \u00e0 pizza soit sur une plaque de cuisson jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient croustillants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Maintenant, essaie cette recette et n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 me laisser un commentaire pour me dire si tu l&rsquo;as appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e ! Les deux noms signifient la m\u00eame chose : <strong>de la viande avec de la p\u00e2te<\/strong>. <em>Boiteux<\/em> signifie <em>viande<\/em> et <em>bi Ajin<\/em> signifie <em>avec de la p\u00e2te<\/em>. Et crois-moi, on ne peut pas mettre plus de viande sur de la p\u00e2te. C&rsquo;est pourquoi je les appelle parfois les <em>burgers du Levant<\/em>.
