Mais ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une impression, car le go\u00fbt est sensationnel.&nbsp;<strong>Le curcuma<\/strong>&nbsp;a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi une \u00e9pice tr\u00e8s n\u00e9glig\u00e9e. Peu importe \u00e0 qui j&rsquo;ai pos\u00e9 la question, personne ne connaissait le go\u00fbt r\u00e9el du curcuma. On le conna\u00eet peut-\u00eatre tout juste comme ingr\u00e9dient de la&nbsp;<strong>poudre de curry<\/strong>. Pourtant, le curcuma a un go\u00fbt fantastique et se combine incroyablement bien. L&rsquo;une de mes combinaisons pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es est le m\u00e9lange de&nbsp;<strong>curcuma<\/strong>&nbsp;et de&nbsp;<strong>pruneaux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-confiture-de-prunes-aux-epices-et-aux-herbes\">Confiture de prunes aux \u00e9pices et aux herbes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne suis pas vraiment un amateur de&nbsp;<strong>confitures<\/strong>&nbsp;ou de&nbsp;<strong>marmelades<\/strong>. Le matin, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re manger&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/lentilles-%C3%A0-tartiner-avec-harissa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sal\u00e9<\/a>. Mais de temps en temps, j&rsquo;ai vraiment envie d&rsquo;en manger. Il n&rsquo;y a alors rien de mieux qu&rsquo;un petit pain frais avec une bonne couche de beurre et cette confiture de prunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le curcuma conf\u00e8re \u00e0 la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner sucr\u00e9e une certaine note&nbsp;<strong>savoureuse<\/strong>. Mais m\u00eame avec la meilleure volont\u00e9 du monde, je ne sais pas comment d\u00e9crire le go\u00fbt du curcuma&#8230; juste comme \u00e7a : quelque chose de savoureux, de plein ou de volumineux. Si tu le sais, n&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 le partager avec moi et tous les autres dans&nbsp;<strong>la zone de commentaires<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au go\u00fbt fabuleux et indescriptible du curcuma s&rsquo;ajoutent ses vertus&nbsp;<strong>curatives<\/strong>. Le curcuma est un v\u00e9ritable&nbsp;<strong>superaliment<\/strong>! Si tu veux en savoir plus sur ce tubercule de la famille&nbsp;<strong>du gingembre<\/strong>, je te conseille de consulter ce&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kurkuma-wurzel.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">site<\/a>. Il ne pimente pas seulement ta<strong>&nbsp;confiture de pruneaux<\/strong>, mais aussi ton syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici comment agit l&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient&nbsp;<strong>curcumine<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>anti-inflammatoire<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aide \u00e0 lutter contre la douleur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u00e9duit le taux de cholest\u00e9rol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-hasard-fait-les-confitures\">Le hasard fait les confitures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le&nbsp;<strong>thym<\/strong>&nbsp;dans cette confiture \u00e9tait en fait un accident. J&rsquo;avais mis du thym frais \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>s\u00e9cher<\/strong>&nbsp;pour une autre recette et je voulais faire un peu de place dans la cuisine. J&rsquo;ai tout rang\u00e9 et, maladroitement &#8211; mais heureusement &#8211; deux petites branches de thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9 sont tomb\u00e9es dans la confiture de prunes encore chaude. Je me suis vraiment \u00e9nerv\u00e9e et j&rsquo;ai rep\u00each\u00e9 tant bien que mal les brindilles dans la masse. Mais en go\u00fbtant, j&rsquo;avais quelques feuilles de thym avec moi &#8211; et le go\u00fbt \u00e9tait fantastique !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenons \u00e0 la confiture de prunes, que tu peux faire toi-m\u00eame&nbsp;<strong>rapidement<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>facilement<\/strong>. Car tu es pr\u00eat en une demi-heure ! Si en plus tu transvases le tout dans de jolis pots et que tu y colles une \u00e9tiquette chic, tu as aussi directement un super&nbsp;<strong>cadeau<\/strong>&nbsp;pour la famille et les
