La cr\u00e8me de lait est \u00e0 peine sucr\u00e9e, car elle est toujours sucr\u00e9e avec du sirop de sucre. Mais Ashta ne doit pas n\u00e9cessairement se cacher dans une p\u00e2tisserie. Le pudding au lait est \u00e9galement un <strong>dessert<\/strong> super d\u00e9licieux en soi, surtout avec des fruits de la passion et du miel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-qu-ashta\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;Ashta?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;origine, l&rsquo;ashta <strong>n&rsquo;est pas vraiment<\/strong> un pudding au lait, mais plut\u00f4t une <strong>cr\u00e8me<\/strong> faite maison qui ressemble beaucoup au mascarpone italien. Donc, si tu as vraiment beaucoup de temps, tu peux faire chauffer du lait frais et \u00e9cumer encore et encore la peau qui se forme \u00e0 la surface, l&rsquo;aromatiser et le r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e. Mais honn\u00eatement, qui le fait? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre variante consiste \u00e0 faire chauffer du <strong>lait<\/strong> avec de la <strong>cr\u00e8me<\/strong> et \u00e0 s\u00e9parer le <strong>petit-lait<\/strong> en ajoutant un peu de <strong>vinaigre<\/strong>, puis \u00e0 \u00e9cumer la <strong>cr\u00e8me<\/strong> qui se s\u00e9pare et \u00e0 la mettre dans un tamis. C&rsquo;est plus facile, mais c&rsquo;est toujours plus de travail qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;en faut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut vraiment se simplifier la vie et fabriquer une \u00ab\u00a0<strong>ashta kisbeh<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. Le nom signifie quelque chose comme \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Fake Ashta<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0. La cr\u00e8me a un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s proche de l&rsquo;original, mais c&rsquo;est en fait plut\u00f4t un pudding. Pour cela, tu as seulement besoin de <strong>lait<\/strong> et de <strong>f\u00e9cule<\/strong>. Pour donner \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble un go\u00fbt typique, on aromatise le pudding avec de l&rsquo;eau de rose et de <a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/eau-de-sang-dorange-guide\/\">fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/a> &#8211; et le tour est jou\u00e9. En fait, il n&rsquo;y a que tr\u00e8s peu de sucre, car nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons ensuite donner au pudding au lait un <strong>nappage<\/strong> sucr\u00e9 avec du <strong>miel<\/strong> et des <strong>fruits de la passion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pudding-au-lait-un-dessert-simple-et-rapide\">Pudding au lait \u2013 un dessert simple et rapide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu fais des ashta selon cette m\u00e9thode de pudding, cela a l&rsquo;avantage de pouvoir les d\u00e9mouler. C&rsquo;est un peu comme la <strong>panna cotta<\/strong>. Mais tu n&rsquo;es pas oblig\u00e9, bien s\u00fbr. Tu peux aussi servir le tout dans une coupe \u00e0 dessert. Avec cette m\u00e9thode, l&rsquo;ashta est vraiment pr\u00eat en un rien de temps et, une fois refroidi, il peut \u00eatre garni \u00e0 volont\u00e9. En outre, le pudding au lait convient parfaitement pour fourrer les p\u00e2tisseries ou comme cr\u00e8me pour les garnitures de dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez ma maman, l&rsquo;ashta est m\u00eame servi avec du miel et des noix au <strong>petit-d\u00e9jeuner<\/strong>. Mais ici, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour de magnifiques <strong>fruits de la passion<\/strong> super fruit\u00e9s, aka des <strong>maracuja<\/strong>. Il suffit de le couper en deux, de le verser sur le pudding au lait et d&rsquo;y ajouter du miel et un peu de menthe &#8211; tu n&rsquo;as probablement jamais r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un dessert aussi facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et aussi spectaculaire sur le plan visuel et gustatif. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-preparer-l-ashta\">Comment pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;ashta?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette variante de pudding, tu n&rsquo;as besoin que d&rsquo;une poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients, car tu peux pr\u00e9parer Ashta <strong>rapidement<\/strong> et <strong>facilement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la <strong>base du pudding<\/strong>, tu as seulement besoin de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lait entier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00e9cule de pomme de terre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.de\/Chtoura-Garden-Orientalisches-Bl%C3%BCtenwasser-Aromatisierung\/dp\/B08B4Z19XX\/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Chtoura+Garden&amp;qid=1707137983&amp;sr=8-1\">Eau florale de rose<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a probablement tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut dans ton armoire \u00e0 provisions et tu peux te lancer directement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Porter le lait \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer la vanille et le sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser la f\u00e9cule dans le lait en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le pudding \u00e9paississe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiner l&rsquo;ashta avec de l&rsquo;eau de rose et de l&rsquo;eau d&rsquo;orange et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conseils-de-preparation\">Conseils de pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour rendre l&rsquo;ahsta encore plus <strong>cr\u00e9meux<\/strong>, tu peux aussi utiliser du <strong>lait<\/strong> et de la <strong>cr\u00e8me<\/strong> <strong>50\/50<\/strong>. N&rsquo;oublie cependant pas que les <strong>informations nutritionnelles<\/strong> changent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu peux pr\u00e9parer le pudding la <strong>veille<\/strong> et le garnir de garnitures fra\u00eeches au moment de le servir. Il se conserve environ <strong>1 \u00e0 3 jours<\/strong> au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Le mieux est de le verser encore <strong>chaud<\/strong> dans des bocaux <strong>st\u00e9riles<\/strong> et de les visser avec un couvercle. Ainsi, il <strong>ne se forme pas<\/strong> de peau sur le pudding. Cependant, il peut arriver que la <strong>liaison<\/strong> entre les <strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> du lait et l&rsquo;<strong>amidon<\/strong> s&rsquo;affaiblisse et que la cr\u00e8me redevienne <strong>plus liquide<\/strong> ou qu&rsquo;un <strong>film<\/strong> se forme dessus. Si c&rsquo;est le cas, tu ne dois plus utiliser le pudding au lait.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fais-toi plaisir avec les <strong>toppings<\/strong>! Les fruits de la passion sont un bon compl\u00e9ment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur acidit\u00e9, mais ils ne sont pas toujours de saison et ne sont pas r\u00e9gionaux.
