Et pas n&rsquo;importe quelle salade &#8211; aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous vous proposons une&nbsp;<strong>salade de melon au miel<\/strong>&nbsp;fra\u00eeche et fruit\u00e9e ! Car lorsqu&rsquo;il fait chaud et \u00e9touffant dehors, la faim reste g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mod\u00e9r\u00e9e. De plus, il est important de stimuler ton corps avec beaucoup d&rsquo;<strong>eau<\/strong>&nbsp;et de&nbsp;<strong>vitamines<\/strong>&nbsp;fra\u00eeches. Et c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 qu&rsquo;intervient cette&nbsp;<strong>salade de melon<\/strong>&nbsp;color\u00e9e qui a un peu de tout : sucr\u00e9e, \u00e9pic\u00e9e, croquante, cr\u00e9meuse et elle est aussi rapide &amp; facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fruit\u00e9, frais et \u00e9pic\u00e9 &#8211; c&rsquo;est le m\u00e9lange qui fait la diff\u00e9rence !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrouler&nbsp;<strong>le melon de miel<\/strong>&nbsp;avec du jambon s\u00e9ch\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air est certes aussi rapide, mais il manque la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 fra\u00eeche. Comme nous l&rsquo;avons dit, cette salade de melon au miel a un peu de tout et ne rassasie pas seulement, elle rend \u00e9galement heureux.&nbsp;<strong>Le melon<\/strong>&nbsp;sucr\u00e9, l&nbsp;<strong>&lsquo;orange<\/strong>&nbsp;l\u00e9g\u00e8rement acide et le&nbsp;<strong>pamplemousse<\/strong>&nbsp;amer constituent la base fruit\u00e9e de cette salade d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9. Un soup\u00e7on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/sumac-racine-de-table-du-levant\/\">de sumac<\/a>&nbsp;conf\u00e8re \u00e0 la&nbsp;<strong>feta<\/strong>&nbsp;cr\u00e9meuse une d\u00e9licate note acide, tandis que le&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bistrobadia.de\/fr\/faire-du-tahini-soi-m%C3%AAme\/\">tahini<\/a>,&nbsp;<strong>le citron<\/strong>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<strong>le yaourt<\/strong>&nbsp;forment une vinaigrette noisette et donnent du corps \u00e0 la salade. Les&nbsp;<strong>pignons de pin<\/strong>&nbsp;grill\u00e9s apportent le croustillant et une poign\u00e9e de&nbsp;<strong>menthe<\/strong>&nbsp;vert vif donne une touche de fra\u00eecheur suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que tu attends encore ? Pr\u00e9pare-toi \u00e0 d\u00e9couper et \u00e0 savourer cette assiette color\u00e9e dans la chaleur de midi.
